Absolute scam of a company, they have blocked me from making transactions and refuse to unblock me until I verify numbers that I no longer have access to, I have stated this in an email and they continue to give copy pasted answers, not only this but they have also taken money via my phone bill and refuse to give me my product or even reimburse me in any way

Its a Scam at its finest, such high prices for such a bad service.

SCAM SERVICE - i wanted order steam cards for 30eur by unused phone credit. Spent 70 eur and they cut call beforre end saying i need verification as they call me. nobody called me and they want ID PASSPORT SCAN and NAMED BILL! no information about it was provided before they take money and now dont want to refund even after i sent bill and faded picture ID! Anyone experience situation like that contact me iwe build case against them!

This system is abusively expensive! for a 20€ steam card, it would cost you the double (39€). There's absolutely no excuse to pay that much taxes (about 95%!!)! And also it happened to me that I refreshed the webpage and it took the amount twice with the same code (sms)! I never saw my money again! Pure scam! They tell you "yes yes" but after that, no response. This is my worst experience ever with a supposed "trusted" partner (who takes so much taxes). Just stay faaaar away from this provider and you'll be good!

After a mistake on my part concerning a payment and the payment having expired, I had to contact the support to get help. The support team immediately understood the problem and took care of me. I was reimbursed quite quickly without any problem.

Suite à une erreur de ma part concernant un payement et le payement étant arrivé à expiration, j'ai dû contacter le support pour avoir de l'aide. Le support a directement compris le problème et m'a pris en charge, j'ai été remboursé assez vite sans aucun problème.

Had a issue at first with payment but as soon as i contacted the support team they where able to help me very quickly and get my issue resolved.

They are scammers. They take advantage of telephone providers cutting off your line above a certain amount to pocket your money already paid without reimbursing. They say they will make a refund exceptionally but this is not possible because they ask not to exceed the amount already paid except that it is impossible. They are thieves, do not use this service! Complaint will be sent to the financial control in Belgium and to the Belgian telephone company.

DO NOT USE, they racks up my phone bill to £190 and still does not allow it to work

I'll be honest I was sceptical at first but they helped me so much to get my orders pushed through when they failed through Dundle. If you have an issue message there Support email address and be patient. They managed to sort out multiple failed orders and compensated me towards new orders. Thanks very much

I do not recommend using this payment method, they took my money without any right and do not want to send my order to me and do not want to return my money to me and do not accept any solution I tell them, they just want to take my money

BIG SCAM! DONT USE IT! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT DELIVER PRODUCTS!

Used for ages with no problems until I used it last completed the call it said goodbye then on my screen is said call not completed so tried again and the same thing so I have wasted £80 to get nothing back as their customer service never responds to emails and the phone number provided on the website does not accept calls. Avoid at all costs

There was money held from my bankaccount, it was probably a hacker and there was over €240 stolen by this website

My call completed and said thank you goodbye but finished 13p short of payment, I had no call back or anything. I've had no response by email from the team, they are clearly con artists.

it's a scam i lost 50 euros doing it they take the money and before you reach the total payment they close the call and they won't let you continue

They will mess up your order purposely and then not provide a refund. It's a scam. Avoid no matter what guys. Trust me.

They are working with a company called Korsit aslo go under the name dundle to scam you out of your money will bill your phone at a very high cost then make up a good excuse for not delivering the item
