At first it was fine then I missed pressing a button. Now they have my £39, proof of my ID but are refusing to issue the voucher purchased through Dundle. Do not use Daopay.

£45 was what they Stole from me! I am verified customer,and on 24/03/20 I made the payment for 2 paysafcards,and never received vouchers! Customer service in s worst then to text to someone on the moon,never getting answer! The only answer I got in 7 days was that (maybe) my voucher was send to other email which is total nonsense..and lie! Now I will do my best to let know people do not use there service.... I got screenshots of my payment and my order but no proof that they send it to me ...funny init? :)

Avoid this service
Avoid this service. I tried to reach them for a simple problem. They don't answer Emails, they don't answer via Messenger (but they read the messages). I have the conversation screenshot to prove what i say. They don't care about the customer. Useless.
