Why not just STATE the COMMISSION FEE [crucial info] there, up-front?!

It was very good experience with that service. Excellent communication with my banker Sara though the WhatsApp. Everything was like that we planned before.

I contacted DaricPay to get a bank account card in advance before I arrived in Iran.

After I filled in a form, DaricPay representative Sara contacted me and asked if I have questions.

Something went wrong in my communication with Sara:
1. The information from Sara changed with the speed of light.
2. Sometimes Sara answered some other questions but not those which I asked.
3. Sara made wrong assumptions on my behalf.
4. Sara repeated the same wrong assumptions again and again.
5. It seems that Sara did not have access to the questions from the form which I had filled in because she asked me the same information again.

In addition, Sara only spoke via voice messages which is quite annoying.

I would prefer not to have anything with a company which provides so bad customer service.

Amazing communication. Very fair exchange rate and make life in Iran a million time easier without carrying a wheelbarrow worth of cash to pay for a meal 🤪

I have been assisted by Sara during my stay in Iran. I couldn't ask for a better service, she was always ready, efficient and polite. Would suggest to everyone.

For some people who hated to travel with a thick stack of money and always stuck with changing like me, this is a marvellous idea to get a bank card like this. And also because in Iran english is not so popular, pay by a bank card could save so much time.

After having issues with Mahcard I opted for Daricpay. Sarah from the support team answered quick and every question I had in detail and the card was also available after three days. The transaction worked very well with with no fees, compared to mahcard. It might seem scetchy at first, but everything worked out very well and trustworthy.

Process:
you have to transfer your money (European) to another privat European person and therefore that person will transfer money from his Iranian bank to your new Iranian bank card. It's just the reverse case of what you want to do. Therefore the money never leaves its currency area and no fees apply. Actually pretty smart.
You just have to pay the one time 20€ issuance fee, and it's possible to get your remaining money back online. To get it back in cash is only in Tehran possible, or via informal way to make Iranian bank transfer at a POS device and get it back from private person in cash.

Will use them again when I come back.

good service, I am satisfied, you can pay with the card anywhere, but unfortunately internet banking is not possible.

2: Great customer service. for example, Sara met us at our hotel to deliver our card. The agreed amount was already deposited into the card, so we did not need to carry big quantity of cash while traveling. Taught us how to use snapp online payment step by step...
3: Cashless payment throughout our trip in Iran.
4: Especially for Snapp rides, we have heard a lot tourists complaining about incidents they had with drivers over cash payments, but with online payment, the only thing you need to do is to make sure to choose the correct location for pick up and drop off.
5: For people who are gonna travel in Iran for more than a week, pls get this card, its gonna save you so much trouble.

Daricpay made my trip in Iran a lot easier. I could pay like a local and never had to confused for paying for goods and services. Due to high inflation and instability of currency, it’s hard to pay with cash in Iran but with daricpay, it was completely stress free. Daric Pay provide you wonderful service! I had to go straight to other city from IKA airport. Daric is the only company who arranged to give the card at IKA airport. Yasaman came all the way from Tehran city, on time, explained and charged by my Euro. After 15 mins my card started working without any problems! I used this card for 5 months regularly in Iran, the services was very good. I never got any issue at all in POS of hotels, restaurants and shopping centers. This card is given by Yasmeen Saedi she explained and supported me well. They respect their customers and support out of the way. Love from India. It is way more convenient to use a bank card in Iran compare to a bag of cash. What I liked about Daricpay is that the communication with the agent was smooth and efficient, Yasaman was right on time, she explained everything and in general she was very nice and helpful. The whole thing took about 15 minutes. You give cash USD and receive loaded bank card. The exchange rate was good. The only thing that was a bit of pain was the transacton limit (around 15 USD per transaction). That means that to pay 50$ you have to swipe the card 4 times. Mostly it was not a problem though.

This is a review for my 2nd year of using DaricPay. Definitely 5* for quick, convenient, easy way of using local debit cards in Iran. Card delivery was comfy by the date, time and person :)

The card itself works as any other local card, except for some limitations for transactions (for example, each payment via the card is limited to approx. $30, so you need to do it a few times in case of bigger amount).

Anyway, this is way better then going with backpack full of cash. Additionally, there can be no cash in exchanges, but card-to-card transfer will work in this situation, so you can change USD.

Another con is that you in fact use subaccount in Daric's master bank account, so there won't be any SMS or app notifications, so you're kind of blind of your transactions. The only way to keep up with your balance is to check it via ATM (of any bank) daily :)

Summing up, DaricPay will significantly ease your stay in Iran.
