I want to say a word of truth that Darik Pay has facilitated a lot of services for us inside Iran, unlike other exchange companies, as they have a selection of employees who provide maximum services to the customer, especially Yasmine, who strives to satisfy the customer

Superb services .. specially Yasamin help us when whole iran exchanges failed.. so hats off to her and her company. I would highly recommend them.

I recommend DaricPay because they are very professionals in their work, in particular to Yasaman, which has had a lot of patience to use my card.

Unfortunately I have to give DaricPay only one star. I went to Iran in the beginning of September and ordered a card with DaricPay more than a month in advance. I was communicating with the customer service through Whatsapp. Everything seemed to be on track until I arrived. I contacted the customer support again asking about the delivery of the card to the hotel. Unfortunately, the customer service was not very responsive and if they answered their response was not on point. Well, finally after 2 days I managed to get information from them that "due to technical difficulties, they were not able to deliver the card and there was no way to get it". I was upset as I wasted 2 days trying to contact them and had they been straight with me from the beginning I could have got the card elsewhere. Therefore, be advised, it may not work out even if ordered well in advance... The good thing is that we survived with cash in Iran without any issue, there is not really a need for it, though I understand the convenience...

I ordered a Iranian card with DaricPay and I'm very satisfied with the whole service. I received the card at my hotel the day I arrived in Iran. Then we managed to transfer money easily when the card was empty during my trip.
The company was also very reactive to my questions.

I order bank card with Darcy Pay on my second trip to Iran and it was the best thing i did since it make everything much easier... From the moment i order it everything was fast and workers very extremely helpful and friendly. They brought me my card on the adress, explained everything i put the wishing amount on the card with the best possible exchange currency. I used DaricPay card during my short trip to Iran and I have to say it saved me a lot of hassle. I paid for everything with my Daric Card, there is no need to carry stacks of cash around. It was quick, reliable and safe. Also, the support was always happy to help and checked on me frequently. Definitely recommended.

We got Daric Pay recommended by our travel agency so we went with them. Everything worked out perfectly well. We hadn’t even arrived to Iran yet and already got messages from Arya on when we got meet so we get the card.
Paying was very easy and getting money from the atm as well.
At the end of the trip we had some money left on the card and a bank transfer was made to my own bank account without any troubles (but small extra fee)
Having a credit card in Iran makes things very easy and the service Daric offered us was very good

We used Daric pay on our two months trip to Iran. We deposited a significant amount via bank transfer and received the card In Shiraz shortly after. The transaction as well as the use of the card all over Iran worked out perfectly. We did not encounter any problems. I was probably unlucky. I found myself stranded in Iran, with no money or means to bring any more. Support service is poor, slow and disrespectful. For the price of the service, the competition is much better.

Since mid February I’ve been blocked in Iran during Covid-19!
So I really needed to be able to transfer money as well as a pay card, in order to be able to “ survive “ without carrying a lot of cash!
I got in touch with Daric pay card who really saved me, so I could transfer my money from Europe in a smooth way!
On whatsapp I got in touch with Arya and explained my problem, he just told me no problem! I sent him the information they needed and we agreed to meet in Tehran, so he could give me the card.
During five/six months I transferred money and loaded my card at least 10 times, as I never really know when I could leave! I used the card all over in shops, Bazaars and ATM.
I only had smaller problems in a few shops were their POS did not accept my card.
But that’s minor problems.
Arya helped me out in every situation and question I had, quick clear answers and great help from him!
His perfect English and great help at almost every hour. I wrote whatsapp to him at midnight and he answered. Thursday Friday and holidays!
Top service!!
Daric card is really the best ever, without it I don’t know how I would have done!!!
