What can I say, Dark side Toys have been great from start to finish with my purchase of Hasbro's Vintage Collection Jabba's Barge. When ever I needed assistance they've always been there to answer my questions and to do whatever they can to help, I really couldn't have asked for better service.

I see many people giving 5-star Reviews for Dark Side Toys and my guess is that they have not had any problems with their orders. A company that provides a service, in my opinion, is measured when things go wrong and the customer is smitten. This is when you see how they value their customers.
I have ordered twice from DST and I have had problems with both my orders. I am a very unhappy customer but DST could not care less about me, because I am not important in their eyes and they have already gotten my money. They do not want you to mail them, they do not want to help you - period.
If you have concerns about recieving boxes that are already opened and not in M/NM condition or pre-orders that are not fullfilled after 8 months I would advice you to take your business elsewhere.

Dark side toys are better than santa claus, seriously they are my favourite online retailer for all things star wars. Always great communication and fast delivery and excellent packing. Great all round service.

The owner lied to me when I purchased a GITD VADER BOX NO.288 telling me it was indeed a GITD when infact it was just a standard pop! I have all the messages he sent me and when confronted with all the evidence the owner threatened to get his lawyer involved! When i sent his message (INDEED IT IS) several times he still denied it! Item wasn’t wrapped properly and got crushed and I pointed out DHL DELIVERY WAS USELESS ALSO DST THEN DECIDED TO CHANGE DELIVERY SERVICE TO ROYAL MAIL AFTER A FEW COMPLAINTS!
