Transparency. AI bot is very good.

I've been using the system for 3 months. The algorithm is great. But I haven't received any payment yet. If they pay, I don't know of any system better than Darwinex.

A month ago, darwinex informed me that now they are going to apply inactivity comission to my wallet and did so twice up to now. The problem is that I am Russian resident and can not deposit/withdraw funds because of sanctions to Russia (all means of funds transfering are not now available). I tried to transfer funds from wallet to trading account to make a trade to avoid inactivity comission but the system refused to do so due to the minimum initial deposit 500 usd limit. I asked darwinex to transfer my funds from the wallet to trading account manually by back-office but they refused to do so. Is that can be named an ethical behaviour? They definitely just do not care about their good name. Think twice before opening accounts with them. There are plenty of competition on the market and many respectable companies which can be trusted. Those who earn money on depriving others' funds can not be trusted. Warned them to complain on them in Internet. They just do not care. No trust no respect to them.

Good communication. Great platform. If you have a track record of your trading being able to import it is a nice feature. As a trader I believe it to be worth it, consistency will be noticed by the metrics. As an investor it would be very good idea to check out the Darwin’s, amazing traders on there.

I scheduled a meeting with my account manager on their calendar, they didn’t show up.

I sent a follow-up email and never received a reply.

It’s lucky for them their approach is unique, because lack of responsiveness from customer service is very disappointing.

They pay , they give you allocation and a Trackrecord with many parameters and statistics for you and the investors. I would only love more profits than 15% . But I muss really tell that the company and the system ist pretty good . I'm happy with it.

The only minor downside I’ve experienced is that some support staff sometimes provide vague or less helpful answers. However, once it’s clear that you are serious and demand answers, they escalate your queries to highly knowledgeable team members who ensure your issues are addressed thoroughly.

First time using I find D Zero scammish. It literally ignored my 10% profit per month and posted something much lower. Second time using I find it slightly suspicious. Most strategies like Grid and Grid Martingale would not work, since the platform’s leverage is 1:20 to 1:30. When the market really moves, the platform simply refused to open more trades which could save all the trades; ended up losing all the trades. The commission is simply too low for all the restrictions and low leverages. It’s difficult to be profitable with such system. There are a few people who earn a few hundreds here and there. Darwinex must produce a better system. Too much restriction makes it hardly profitable and difficult to trade normally. Mind you I’ve been trying for months.

Silly excuses. I think DZ is just using risk engine as an excuse to make it hard for traders to earn money. 0.15% of performance is peanuts. After all leverage is 1:30. How many lots can you use to get the performance? Hardly.
