Dashlane has terrible support and they are increasing the price by 50%
Dashlane is a decent password manager, but unfortunately their support is horrible. And now they just had a 50% price increase so we will be leaving them before our next renewal.

After my computer just died for no reason I lost my access to my Dashlane account so it made it impossible to be log on to sites I needed to buy or 'am interested as who can remember all those complicated passwords that companies and people ask for these days because of the security paranoia they have bought upon us. well because of this Dashlane have to be similarly paranoid in ascertaining who you are before even helping with your problem. but I felt the frustration disappear after I had. The people I emailed 1/2 way around the World were as helpful as they could be and the only frustration from then on was the time lag because of distance and time zones. they were polite helpful and stuck with me and my frustrations all through the process....Good on them. and I thank them both for their efforts. Eventually I got every thing back to normal with their help. because of the time and distance I would suggest customers back up their account regularly and get an account recovery Key both from online at Dashlane to make the process easier and, possibly, less frustrating. I can understand why they do things the way they do but it became a frustrating business to get my info and account back.

DIY failed - Dashlane support tops!
After several frustrating failures to fix my 2FA arrangement after a change up of my iPhone device, I contacted Dashlane support and following a couple of security/ ID checks, I was quickly back with the security I had previously been used to. Very much appreciated - it's what I use Dashlane for!

An underrated password manager
A great password manager with a solid track record, and which balances ease of use and functionality. It's used by all my family members to some extent and allowed them to have unique passwords for their accounts. There is a learning curve for less tech-savvy people but once the logins are created, signing in becomes easy.

Extremely disappointing changes.
How disappointing. It was maybe the most feature rich and best password manager on the market, but they just made payments yearly only, removing the option to pay monthly and not only that, they now locked the free tier to 25 passwords which is an absolute joke. And since my subscription is "no longer valid" due to it being monthly all my passwords are now "read only" meaning I have to log into my account, go to the individual entry, enter my password again, only for me to have the copy button removed and me having to copy it myself.
I'm switch password managers as this is completely unacceptable.

A really useful and very well thought out application, useful to me on a daily basis.
It is practical and really secure.
I always have a very good experience since using it.
I lost my 2FA identifier not so long ago and the assistance was very fast, professional, courteous and was able to help me and adapt in every way !
In short, nothing to say and that's why I'm going to take a subscription with them once again.
