Unfortunately I could not rate this without a star! Datalot sucks! I'm an insurance producer and was referred to this company for what I believe now was so that they could get an extra $100 for the referral. We paid $1000. What a rip off! Take your money someplace else. I'm in Northern California and all calls were coming from Southern California. They said they were going to fix several times and then I ended up getting no calls at all. The filtering is a joke! I was told if i paid top dollar for quotes $25 to $50 a lead I would get the best leads but what i get is a person who really did not want a quote to begin with or they have DUI, SR22, accidents and tickets, for life insurance, people that had medical issues, smokers and elderly people. Don't waste your time with this company they will tell you one thing in the beginning and what you end up with is totally different.

They have solid leads and very receptive when you need customer service. Clint is very responsive.

Datalot is great! Katte McNeil is especially helpful and answers all questions asked.

Datalot has a great live lead transfer program, but it's their customer service that puts them ahead of the rest. Katte McNeil always answers my questions promptly and does a fantastic job in helping us solve any small issues that may come up.

Great Leads & Excellent Service
They lead quality is solid and they are fair with returns. The customer service is also great and having a dedicated account manager is a tremendous asset.

They could be a little bit better on refunds when people hang up on you. They could also work on screening calls so if the person on the phone hears your insurance company and they have you already, that person should not be transferred to you to quote. Other than that, they are one of a kind.

Katte McNeil is my account manager and she is the most awesome individual the company has in my opinion. Whenever I have an issue she is so quick to handle it. She always is looking out for me and my agency that is what makes her a superstar because in my opinion because she cares. I am so fortunate to have her as my account manager. Katte you rock!!!!

the leads are top quality......they work with you if a credited is requested and it is great to have a person that is dedicated to my account if I have a question or concern

Good service and good results so far, starting using service in Oct. 2017.

I've used many lead sources of the years. Too many. Datalot has been by far the best lead vendor and will never waste my money on bogus leads again.

Datalot used to be good when they sent the amount of calls that I requested. Now we are lucky to get 2 calls a week.

For the most part Datalot is a good lead vender and we're happy with their services. The only complaint I would have is their refund policy, at times they can be very difficult when it comes to returning leads. Which can be frustrating because of the amount of funding we put into their leads. Other than that little hiccup we're happy with the lead quality.

Datalot is the most reliable lead company I have worked with.

Datalot has really helped crank up the volume on the quality of our live transfers. We've been with several lead vendors offering deep discounts and special programs-they have all ended in deep dives into my bank account and special rewards for their sales staff and very little ROI for us! Not so with Datalot-It's been smooth sailing since our first conversation with our rep.Clint and I don't need to look over my bank statement wondering where all my money went!
