I was really impressed when I ordered my new lathe there was a problem with it so it was delayed a cpl of days but had fantastic contact with them they explained what happened and they were waiting for a new delivery 2 days later lathe turned up

No next day delivery as promised - still waiting
Claim next day delivery - so far I've had no order status update and not received my items. If I knew I wasn't getting the delivery when advertised I would of ordered elsewhere. Project stuck not moving now! :-(

I emailed an enquiry after hours, then received a phone call 8am the following day answering my questions. That never happens so I was really impressed. Customer care seems a really big thing for these guys, which is first class. Answered my questions and helped me out so they got my custom. Will defo be using them again 👍

Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with. Called them on a Friday to enquire about one of the products I was after which wasn't in stock and after chatting with one of their team members I decided to place an order same day around 3pm.
Everything I ordered was delivered next Tuesday, even if I was told that it may take up to a week because of the product that they didn't had in stock.
What else can you ask for?!
Great customer service and competitive prices, will definitely used them again and recommend them to anyone!
