I have been doing a bit of research and investigation into this platform.
I have found the "contract" for Free Users and I have searched the complete membership to find only one of their female members is a paying member. In addition, I have forensically researched their Cookies and data sharing policy which is totally against the law and may have been how my €635k +++ was scammed.
And essentially that actually makes them an accessory to ruining my life.
I'm so so disappointed. My theory has been proven - I can trust no one anymore.
The females don't get paid but by their Free User Comtract they entice men to the site and I for one was screwed. So it's another form of prostitution, if truth be told. Scandalous in the extreme
An extremely disappointed

Do not use. Can’t delete my account on my own and won’t take my card off

The worse experience ever they charge too much money. They lie too and they dont care about people having a mutual connection. They just want money.

Lovefor Heart. Is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever encountered. Most of all the women in this dating site are BOTs and fake profiles. They have sold my personal information to other sites. My photos have been shared with other sites. Customer service is horrible. They never respond. I had to go through the BBB to get them to delete my profile, which took several weeks.

This scammers have made a profile in my name and with my picture and my email. I never signed up for this stupid website. Be careful this is scam.
I do not know how my pictures and my name and my photos end up in this website. The irony is I could not even delete my photos but after searching in google for a way to delete the account I finally succeeded to delete the account. You do not have the right to import people’s photos and personal information form other websites without their permission.

Awful interface, immediately slams you with Bot spam and popups galore. After jumping through hoops, you find you can't do anything as it keeps popping up subscription pricing.

I’m not doing this for the dating site. I’m doing this for people who are victims of this site. It is frustrating and heartbreaking to read other people’s experiences here and that there seems to be nothing we can do to stop this site from operating. They offer no resolution and their response is always the same for everyone that raises complaint, citing that because we agreed to their T&Cs we can’t get our money back. How are we supposed to know that the site is full of fictitious profiles. I was subject to emotional and psychological abuse by one scammer on this site for months and lost about £20k. Romance scammers are getting more sophisticated, and operate in all forms, these days. The support team just gaslight genuine users and won’t offer refund. What is disgusting is they sent me a video of the fictitious person apologising for his behaviour after I complained to them with evidence. They claim that he went through their verification process. If the vertification process they claim to have really exists or is used properly, they would have seen that this person is not who he says is from the video clip. I used image reverse search and learned that this profile is fake. The real person probably does not know his profile is being used on this site. I did the same with other ‘users’ and found that they are all fictitious. It is clear the support team/dating site created this video using AI and pretended that this person sent it. I was so confused. I now know that the video isn’t real. My bank has refused to recognise that this was a romance scam. I’ve escalated my complaint with the Ombudsman and am hoping for a positive outcome so that HSBC can prevent other customers from being scammed. I just wish I checked Trustpilot before signing up to the site. I was vulnerable having separated from my ex-husband and then my mother died. Please report this to your bank, local organisations and escalate your complaint with your national organisations like the ombudsman if you don’t get anywhere with your bank. The more we report this fake dating site the more chances we have in getting this site to stop operating.
My response to datingcom response -
Your response is always the same, you must copy from a script every time. Didn’t you read my reviews properly? I’ve been in contact with your support team and all you do is deny, lie and gaslight. Why? Because you are scammers! You are only responding to angry customers here to make your site look legitimate. But it is just a facade.
The question remains, what do the men I have chatted to gain from always being on the site and never wanting to leave it? They are always there 24/7, they never sleep!
Simple answer, they are fake and it is just a way to steal money from genuine users like me as quickly as possible in a short space of time. You don’t take them down when customers complain with evidence that they are fake.
There are no two-ways about it. You only have to read all the negative reviews here and it is clear as a day. You should change your T&Cs so that we know it is not likely we will meet someone on this site and it is just for an experience, otherwise it is just an illegal practise.

GHOSTWRITERS - A decent work to help writers, a helping hand to polish work professionally. A real writer can feel its pain when they will come to know a term 'Ghostwriters' are being misused by smart people, to earn money from innocents, that too on dating site, where owner isn't aware about they hired ghostwriter behalf of them (so called clients).
This website is extremely smartly designed, manipulate by replying professionally, politely, trying to escape from their work patterns . They do hire ghostwriters to operate accounts. Even they are smartly leading their employee blindly committing crime, they aren’t even aware about. They feel like they are hired by this company and doing work as a ghostwriter. Have some empathy. You guys can still make money while building genuine connections, there is no need for all these. They do hire ghostwriters through Trueways India. But work isn't for this brand, work is for other network which is dating site. Where writers have to treat everyone decently, but I found text like 'let's roar lion.' What's going on? A small kid can manage such site, there is no need of hiring creative writers. At least don't misuse the writing world - An extremely decent field.
It’s all smart people , playing through mind. Don’t try to escape by polishing smartly , what you guys are actually doing? It’s not right. A non Indian, sitting in abroad as per profile, talking about Diwali and celebrate new year together. He wasn’t even aware it’s two different festivals.
FEEDBACK : I have no grudges anyone. I wrote what I felt. It sounds clearly fake. Please save users money. And try to improve your work ethics by connecting true/genuine connections. People will definitely come on your site. Ghostwriters cost will be saved too, through genuine interactions.
you are providing training someone, behalf of someone (profile owner), without letting the profile owner know about this (the ghostwriter scheme), other side of screen - no-one knows about, escape smartly by using term 'GHOSTWRITE' is clear violent on privacy, ones boundaries, playing with emotions, sentiments, a person might get too attached emotionally, then they find it ghosted next day, it could lead someone's mental health, because they are paying huge amount too, then next day another tone, another chat style, another language ethics, another emotions. (A real connections are always real - there is no comparison of authentic work). Have som empathy, keep humanity alive. You might did all work with with consent, yet that's all blind trap, a smart play, lure of money to employee (Their ip address isn't safe), software what you use comes with warning of malware, and assumption of genuine connections to clients, but what you doing is damaging one's mental health, when they come to know they got cheated, ghosted.
Be authentic, your brand will grow far better than now. you will get better reviews too - GREEN.

This is just a scam. Pure and simple, set up in the EU tax haven of Ireland. The scum use corporate babble about "user experience" and their "concerns" about adverse outcomes on the website. I guarantee the reply to this review from dating.com will be how I can reach ouf to their customer support. Done it already. 5 times. Stopped answering. Cowardly, despicable scamming lowlifes run this site. That Ireland is home to them shows how low Ireland will stoop to take stolen money from online businesses and claim they have a "smart" economy. Theft isn't smart, it's gutless.

my experience - fraud. extorting money from people who are just looking for love. the administrators work and get you to pay non stop for men that you will never see. I lost 4 years in correspondence with a guy and we never saw each other. I don't know how I allowed myself to do that. spent 30,000 euros, when I realized and called myself that it was a scam, it was too late. heavy fraud. avoid this site at all costs!!! I tested this because I also asked about the job of working as an administrator. and fraud is difficult. a bunch of models who entice you to talk and chat with them for nothing while they entice you to spend money with fake pictures, profiles of people who don't live the life they present on dating.com and are not who they are. I investigated because I found a guy with whom I corresponded through social networks, neither is he who he claims to be nor is it true what was written about him on the website.in a difficult period of my life, when I was just looking for love, I encountered a serious fraud

An absolute scam. I presume it is run by Ai or similar. Do NOT sign up to this site. It is impossible to cancel and keeps taking money, even to read messages.

Out of curiosity, I went three times and got a $15-20 credit. It was over after just saying, "Hello, how are you?" That's when I realized the site was a scam, and I didn't check for a long time. They charged my credit card $50 without my knowledge. Be careful, this site is trying to screw us.

Earlier I thought me (Stewart) and I'll call him B. broke up. My jump-to-conclusions almost cost me a great guy. I apologized to this member on Dating.com and in about a week, B. then accepted my apology and now we can move on from there. This mishap strengthened our relationship. I really love this guy. He's decent, sincere, and with a great heart and mind.
An Unfortunate Update (November 29th 2025)
I thought this man Bremen Menelli was on the level;
I was forever wrong! Bremen's profile was deleted for not updating his 6 month free user entitlement status. He also lied about never coming to New York City. (He was here in 2018 to accept an award) I believe he is also a narcissist. (Hundreds and hundred of photos on the website). I also found him exposing himself in the nude, yes nude! You can see this on Bremen Menelli Porn. A real exhibitionist! Partly but not entirely, I am going back into therapy for anxiety and depression. Should you, Bremen, accidentlally come across this writing, I hope you are satisfied.
P.S. I will never go on another dating site again, and I hope the experience that happened to me never happens to anyone else.

Blew 90 credits week one, nearly rage quit. Now run rule: spend only after 30 lines of free talk. Cuts cost to 25/week. Not site`s fault, just discipline.

Couldn`t figure credit math. Thought I`d spam support, but FAQ had plain table: chat 0.5, voice 2, video 6 per five mins. Even showed little GIF for lets mingle thing. Rare to see docs not full of buzzwords. Problem solved no ticket sent.

Disappointed by points system & lack of trial period
I joined Dating.com but was disappointed that I couldn’t continue conversations without buying credits. They bombard you with messages from men when you first join, but you quickly find out you can’t even reply or read more emails without paying. It feels money-focused rather than relationship-focused.
The points/credit system is discouraging, and payment options are limited (no PayPal). I would strongly suggest offering at least a 2–7 day free trial so members can test the platform, chat or email a few potential partners, and feel comfortable upgrading to a paid plan if the matches are genuine.
I chose not to continue because I didn’t feel safe committing to paid credits without a fair trial period.

Something failed to send, credits still gone. Agent explained policy, explain the credits how they, end of story. Kind, honest, but no miracle refund.
