Knowledgeable; helpful and friendly

I found this site looking for a supplier of a wider choice of pleione bulbs. The website lists the varieties available. I ordered by snailmail, using their order form format.
Very quickly I received back by mail an apology that one of my choices was no longer available and offering alternatives.

I rang to confirm my choice. I spoke to Mary Parkinson, who was very helpful and happy to share knowledge about looking after these orchids.

I look forward to seeing my new plants flowering.

The website is basic, but good enough. The business owners knowledgeable and helpful.
