My daughter had an appointment with Rabon Calhoun today . She made her dress shopping experience every thing I hoped it would be. She listened to her likes, dislikes and helped her find her dream dress. She was amazing with the whole group. You can tell that she truly loves her job! It shows in the way she deals with her customers.

My daughter made an appointment with Melissa Snyder and we couldn’t be more pleased. The stylist listened to what my daughter wanted and pulled a variety of dresses. Melissa chose the perfect dresses and my daughter found her dream dress!
A really disappointing experience
Myself and my bridal party traveled from all over the country to come here today for a bridesmaids dress appointment. We were so looking forward to this appointment but ended up being really disappointed with the whole experience. The shop was so overcrowded you could barely get round. My bridesmaids who don’t know each other well had to share changing rooms. The staff were too busy to help, the dress selection was poor and didn’t have dresses in the right sizes or colours to try. My bridesmaids were trying on dresses and the group next to us were so close they were literally stepping on their dresses. It was appalling and even if we found dresses we liked we wouldn’t by from there.

Our experience was made particularly memorable by the head seamstress Allison in the braehead store who went over and above to accommodate us after a mix up with my dress. She was so helping and reassuring and couldn’t do enough for us. Excellent service.

David bridal refused to give me a refund on a dress that was completely paid off with paid alterations because they said I abandoned my dress after saying I could keep it on hold with only the balance of 03 cent. Not once did they ask what happened for the reason I wasn't able to pick up my dress instead they made me wait two months just to tell me our abandonment policy's states we could not reach you so instead of offering me a store credit or a refund they told me sorry we will not refund you or give you a store credit even tho we have proof you paid the dress off and never received the item you paid your hard earned money for yeah 👍🏽 so thank you for not caring about a paying customer and basically telling me oh well you getting nothing great place huh 👎👎👎👎👎
Very very bad experience
I went to Stratford store today for 3pm appointment and left just before 4pm feeling very very UPSET
I have been assigned a stylist and she brought in the dresses I chose and left me in the room and told me to put on the dress and she will be back with the shoe and came back after 10 min without the shoes, then again she left to get them…. After that I didn’t saw her for a while so I gave up and changed to the other dress still no sign of her so I get changed and let the front person know that I left.
By the time I left I really wanted to cry …but didn’t.
I am putting this review just to prevent this happening to anyone else ….
Also, just to clarify this is not the stylist fault she was trying her best as the shop was so busy and she was given 2 brides at a time, which I have been informed after I booked my appointment online…. But didn’t know how bad it would be. This is totally a management fault and as they know what system should work…. I thought the reason for booking appointment was to be seen and given the attention that the customer requires.
It was a total waste of my time and unnecessarily hurtful
I really hope another bride won’t feel the way I was made to feel today again..

I went to Riverside store with my daughter to look for wedding dress for me and had the best experience. Jaylene was friendly, helpful and very patient. I also didn’t feel pushed into making a decision there like I did at the store in Murrieta. I showed Jaylene some pictures of wedding dresses I had seen online. I tried on some dresses and found the perfect one, that same day I said, "YES TO THE DRESS". I would really recommend this David's Bridal in Riverside CA.

I visited David’s Bridal (North Hills, PA) on 12/30/2022 with my daughter who is getting married in the summer of 2023. It was our first visit to the bridal store and we did not plan to buy anything that day since we wanted to check a few other wedding boutiques before my daughter can make a final decision. The experience we had was truly unforgettable. Celia, the store manager who welcomed us to the store was very nice. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She carefully listened to the customers and helped with a wonderful selection. The alteration specialist Daria was very knowledgeable as well. She gave us her honest professional opinion about the alterations, and she was very helpful. The atmosphere in the store was nice and cozy. My daughter ended up finding the dress of her dream from her first visit in the bridal store. The experience was stressless, happy and unforgettable. Thank you Celia and Daria for making this visit very special and making my daughter’s dream come true.
They are very quick to take money
They are very quick to take money, but the customer service after that is appalling! I really recommend not using them if you don’t have to.
They require full and immediate payment of bridesmaids dresses upon order of the dresses. Then, once they arrive in store they require pick up 14 days after the dresses arrive in the store. However, they don’t inform you prior on when they will arrive.
My dresses arrived on the 22nd of December. Of course most people will be on holidays then! And on top of that, they are closed for several bank holidays. Yet they still require the dresses to be picked up within the exact 14 calendar days!
The person who called me was super rude and not understanding. Its disgusting! I spoke to 3 sales assistants on the phone because I am out of the country. No one was understanding, they were super rude!

My dress was ill-fitted when I got it, but it was still a gorgeous dress. Thanks to my David's Bridal alterations (Anna in West Fargo, ND!) my dress ended up fitting me absolutely perfectly today.The work she did was incredible, and I could not be happier!

I had a great experience finding my dress but for alterations it’s a NIGHTMARE. It took me 3 times to pick up my dress. Let me explain. They measured me and said okay this date you can pick it up. I said okay. They call and said your dress ain’t done. It hasn’t even been touched. I was upset but I said okay. So we plan for a 2nd date. The 2nd time we are in portage to pick up my dress and they call an hour before my appt and say “the girl who does alterations has been out all week.” I said okay. I’m very angry at this point because you could of called me earlier in the day and told me that. So that was a waste of gas and I told the girl I need my dress before my July 30th. and she said we should have it done. At this point I’m so upset because this ain’t fair. I broke down. I cried. I was so sad. No one should have to feel this stress about their wedding dress. So here we go planning for a 3rd time. FINALLY I GOT MY DRESS. The alterations were not done right. There was a huge gap at the top of my dress. I was so upset I just took my dress and I’ll take my business else where. I talked to my maid of honor of how upset I was and she recommended a very nice lady. Deb did so good and and was reasonably priced. She fixed what David’s bridal couldn’t. Thank you. So please save your self from being the next David’s bridal nightmare.

Today I went back into David’s bridal after buying my dress 10 months earlier and was not happy with the fit and they reordered it in a petite size for an even exchange and put my mind at ease thanks to the portage/Kalamazoo location
