David's Tea is by far the best teas I have ever tried and I love Tea so I tried many different brands and blends so I should know lol. It doesn't matter what I get it's always 💯 tasty 😋 😜. And I put nothing in my Tea but the tea bag so I get the full taste. Goooooooood stuffffff.

David’s Tea is my go to. Nepal Black, David’s English Breakfast and Jasmine Pearls are just a few of my favorites. I usually order something new each time to check it out! I also love the recipes on their website. Give it a browse.

Excellent assortment of tea, from black tea to herbal, matcha and fruit teas. Delivery was on time -- in fact, before the anticipated date.

DT has always listened to their customers' feedback in regards to teas because when the blend changes, we notice. If customers say their old favourite tastes different and not in a good way, DT will take that feedback and try again. I can't say the same thing about a lot of companies and that's what keeps me coming back to DT. I've been a customer for 16 years and was an employee for 5 of those years, I know first hand how much customer satisfaction actually matters to DT; the proof is in the product.

One of my favourite tea companies! There is so much selection and seasonal favourites that return each year! They have some great sales.

Davids tea has been my favorite website to buy tea and matcha from since day 1!
They run sales often and have big clearance sales every once in a while that make buying loads of your favorite tea super affordable! I love all the fun funky flavors of tea that they have, (I have like 40 different tea flavors from them lol) and the variety of matcha flavors is awesome. I bought about 35 bags of matcha from them because they had a big blowout sale and I've been enjoying top quality organic matcha for months now.
There customer service has been top quality every time I need help, and they always make sure that in the end regardless of the problem, you are satisfied.
Every time I order a bulk purchase from them I wait a week super excited for my order to come in and when it does it never disappoints. Great tea and better matcha!
I've got nothing bad to say about David's tea because I've always caught them on a big sale day and have always got to pay a really cheap price for top quality products, there service is amazing, and their website is super easy to work and navigate! Thanks so much David's Tea! 🩷🫶💐✨️🫖🍵

They have many teas I’m obsessed with. Hazelnut Chocolate, Queen of Tarts, Blueberry Muffin, Raspberry Mojito to name just a few. Once you get a hold of customer service, they’re great!

Compagnie is always making sure the customer is heard. They resolves the issues rapidly and make sure we are satisfied. I also love how David's tea is interacting with us, the consumers on Instagram and Facebook, making us feel like a part of the communi-tea.

I am always impressed by the quality of DavidsTea. My favourites are regularly in stock & shipping is usually within a reasonable time frame. I just wish there was still a retail location near me!!

My favourites is the Gyokuro Yamashiro green tea, along with the Genmaicha blends along with their Earl Grey varieties. I also dearly miss Movie Night and wish they would bring it back! Also try the Mother's Little Helper and Valerian Nights if you're looking for some sleepy time aides.

FINAL UPDATE (Exposing the Corporate Word Games):
DAVIDsTEA contacted me privately trying to claim the recipe hasn’t changed, but their message directly admitted that in 2023 they "changed the source of certain ingredients."
As a 15+ year customer, I have tracked the physical packaging changes that match these supply chain shifts. There are currently two entirely different versions of Santa's Secret circulating out there based on inventory management:
The "White-on-Blue" Label (The Defective Industrial Shift): Introduced in July 2023 when the tea went from a holiday exclusive to year-round. This version uses a cheap, unstable supplier source heavily reliant on chemical/synthetic stabilizers that off-gas a horrific perfume smell upon opening and leave a slimy, medicinal film in your mouth.
The "Blue-on-Blue" Label (The Emergency Mint Correction): Released around Jan 2024. To cut their manufacturing costs down further, they restructured the blend by cranking up the ratio of cheap peppermint to overpower the more expensive vanilla and black tea bases. While the heavy chemical smell and slimy film were gone, the tea was permanently altered into a heavily mint-forward, lower-grade profile.
UPDATE (In response to corporate reply):
DAVIDsTEA corporate has replied below claiming the Santa's Secret formula "has never changed." This is a blatant, documented falsehood. Thousands of long-time consumers do not simultaneously imagine a highly specific, chemical, medicinal, and slimy alteration to a classic blend—the exact formulation breakdown detailed across massive community threads on Reddit and independent blogs.
Furthermore, offering me a generic $190 loss-to-$25 store credit ratio as a "resolution" is an insult to customer lifetime value. I do not want a gift card to purchase more unstable, chemically altered batches. I am formally rejecting this offer. Future buyers, look past these corporate scripts to independent platforms like Reddit to see what is actually happening to your favorite blends.
I have been a loyal bulk-buyer of Santa’s Secret for years, but corporate ingredient changes have made purchasing this tea a massive financial gamble. In July 2023 (distinct blue label with white lettering), they released a heavily defective batch. An unlisted, unstable additive completely overpowered the black tea, leaving a pungent, medicinal aroma and a distinctively slimy, lingering aftertaste. They quietly corrected the formula by January 2024 (blue-on-blue label) because of a flood of complaints, but they never issued a recall or warned consumers.
Unbelievably, they repeated this exact cost-cutting supply mistake in late 2024. I recently opened my holiday bulk stockpile only to find the exact same defective, chemical-tasting product that completely deteriorates on the shelf. Because they hide behind a strict 30-day return window, bulk shoppers are left completely out of pocket for product failures discovered upon opening. I am out over $190 for multiple kilograms of un-drinkable, spoiled tea. Do not buy in bulk during sales; the quality is entirely unstable and corporate support refuses to take responsibility for defective batches.

UPDATED REVIEW:
I want to Thank David’s Tea for coming thru and making things right with me. I was pretty upset with the initial response, and then the follow-up which doubled down on the initial response, to my exchange request…so upset I stopped corresponding with the customer service rep, left a 1-star review on here, and cancelled my online account. I wasn’t expecting anything after that, so imagine my surprise when I get an email out of the blue today saying they’re sending me a replacement mug, along with two types of complimentary earl grey tea for free 🥹 Someone really pulled thru and not only made everything better, they even went out of their way to send me free tea in the kind I buy the most of 🥹🫶🏻 Thank you for fixing everything! I’ll be back now 🥰🩷

Ordered on the nigh of march 30, shipped out on april 7th. It takes a whole week to process and pack an order of 3 packs? The quality of the tea does not matter at this point, I am no expert in tea quality. But I do know what good customer service is and this was terrible. What the heck are these employees doing in their montreal warehouse. One week processing time is ridiculous for a product thats already ready to go. Never ordering from them again

Zero customer service, never ever buying there again
Bought some tea and simply asked for one empty pouch for the car
It was not only a no but a BIG NO with attitude
No more Davids Tea for me thank you 🤦🏼♀️

If you live in the U.S. do not order from this company. It seems they cannot deliver product to the U.S. in a timely manner. I've been waiting for my order for two+ weeks. They took my money immediately but they apparently don't know how to ship product across the border and do not respond to any messages and/or online chat. This is the first and last time I order. AWFUL SERVICE.
