Fantastic customer service from Days Rental Watford
Fantastic customer service from Days Rental in Watford - Manager Pinda Singh literally went above and beyond to not only beat the price by miles, but got me a beautiful brand new car to travel in! Amazing hospitality, excellent all round knowledge and above all I could see how well they all worked so well as a team to ensure I left their branch happy. I'll be coming straight to Days Rental Watford from now on.

Motorhome Hire - Simply superb
Days have been superb from start to finish with this and I would highly recommend them for the hiring of a Motorhome, everything was explained to us and the guys there were knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you for your review, from which we can see you were disappointed. Your review has been investigated; this is what we established.
We received your enquiry on Sunday morning, the 29th of May at 10.40 am. You in turn received an immediate auto reply email advising that we had received your request and that we would be in contact with you in the next 24 hours to advise if we could fulfil your requirement. In that email it states in bold and very clearly that your request is an enquiry only at this stage and not a confirmed booking or acceptance of a booking. If you wish to revisit the email received, you will see and acknowledge this.
We do not open on Sundays and the vehicle you required was for the following day.
On Monday morning, the 30th of May at 8.17am, we checked availability and advised you by email that on this occasion we were unable to fulfil your request. This was correctly in line with our procedures.
So, to respond and contrary to your comments, you did not place a booking, you placed a booking enquiry. A booking enquiry is not an acceptance of your request. As such, we will disregard your comments around ‘intentions and honouring’ the booking you made, because you didn’t make one.
We also advise you provide more notice to any vehicle rental supplier if you wish to avoid future disappointment.

Hired from Teforest. Exactly what I asked for - a small auto. Peugeot 208 in pristine condition and a beautiful drive. A shout out to Jason for assisting with processing my request and being so welcoming. Great customer service. Cheapest car rentals by far. I would definitely use Days Rental again.

First motorhome experience
We rented a motorhome for the first time from Swansea last week. We had the best time in our little home on wheels. A seamless smooth, flexible process from start to finish, we were delighted with the motorhome we hired, it was immaculate.
Peter was very helpful on pick up and drop-off and was happy to show us other models so that we can choose next time. Great value and like i said smooth process. Only one thing i would add is that there were no utensils for cooking. We cant wait for our next adventure!
