The backdrop I received was not nearly as beautiful as they make it look on line, The colors on the website were brilliant, and the one they sent is mostly brown. I’ve emailed them several times and never got a response.
Really disappointing. Would NOT recommend!!!

Customer service is awful I have been trying to return an item for 3 weeks now. I barely get a response and not helpful at all

As a professional photographer I can stress enough how amazing these backdrops are. I bought one of their designs last year. A 10x20. The biggest size possible. It was great. I had AI make me a custom backdrop which I ran through another program to upscale the quality. Then the sent it to Dbackdrop for my second order. Another 10x20 print. I just got it today and I am blown away by the quality. Also their customer service is quick and helpful. This is an A+ company all around. We need more businesses at this scale of good customer service, good prices, and great products.

What I like about this company is that the backgrounds are beautiful and they come in a timely manner.

The product ended up being really good and arrived in a decent amount of time with the expedited shipping, but I didn't get a proof and I wasn't able to communicate with the company.

I ordered this for our organization ... they're happy with what they received and are anxious for our next event.

Material and photo are extremely poor quality and look nothing like the online picture.
It is fraudulent advertising of the merchandise and they make it impossible to return.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

Dbackdrop material feels good and looks great!!! The backdrops look very, very elegant! I have ordered backdrops from other company; however, the DBackdrop’s backdrops are first class!

I I used the backdrop of a Victorian living room with fireplace and Christmas tree at my annual holiday open house. Everybody posed for pictures and it was a big hit. The quality was first rate, and when the camera is positioned correctly, it actually looks like you’re in an elegant living room celebrating Christmas.

I received the product and the next day I emailed customer support to initiate a return. They have not returned my email. The product is low quality, beware. Easily wrinkles. Thin cheap fabric.
