If you need to return an item its impossible! They deny receiving e mails !
I ordered a plastic garden chair for a disabled person to use in the shower. Subsequently I found an item better suited to his needs so I cancelled the order which had
not been delivered. I had paid 126.00 euro up front including delivery. They refunded me 79.00 then they took the refund away and charged me again.
Then they delivered the item! But not to me to another person. I contacted them online but they said they had not received my cancellation but they must have because they refunded me only to charge me again. Now they say I must pay to return it. In any case the chair is wobbly and the legs not straight so it is a defective item anyway. They do not respond to e mails , they deny receiving the cancellation, then they deliver it anyway.
