This is such a greedy scam
This is such a greedy scam, parking fine etc.. acts like a parking mafia in UK, and some way working together with or sending every single claim to Northampton civil business centre, supposedly a court.
They don't listen people and could charge hundreds of pounds, anything they wish, MPs parliament must encourage them, doing nothing about these gangsters.

Well sadly has to be one of the worst…
Well sadly has to be one of the worst standards that I have the misfortune to contact on behalf of ‘their client’. Staff terminated the call when legally challenged over a PCN (Parking Charge Notice) that I received. Advised they could not ‘ reach a resolution’ and stated ‘Good-bye’.
From start to finish today after being ignored both by the Parking Agency and DCBL ranging from various excuses of … ‘ we do not have Managers’, then received a voicemail from an alleged Manager with ‘ okay there if you need us again let us know’ then finally today as I await a very serious complaint to the Ombudsman .. these agencies clearly do not know legislation not to mention the standard full stop.
End result confirmation from locus that PCN has been rescinded and removed due to a clear legitimate reason/rationale and no further action.Parking Agency will be notified accordingly.
If I receive any further correspondence or otherwise I will report this activity.
Please I ask everyone to seek where appropriate Citizin Advice and/or POPLA….. hope that helps!

Bullies
Why was I not suprised to see all the negative reviews! These people are so unprofessional in such a fashion, they should be shut down.
No matter how many emails you send or reply too they just ignore you and then just pursue you to the very top. Never let them in your house either!

Extremely disappointing enforcement – process-driven, not outcome-driven
I instructed DCBL based on their reputation and expected a proactive, intelligence-led enforcement effort. Unfortunately, the service delivered fell well below what I reasonably expected.
Despite clear evidence that the debtor was evasive, operating informally, and deliberately avoiding engagement, enforcement consisted primarily of a small number of mechanical attendances at addresses which were either unanswered or later found to be vacated. No meaningful engagement was achieved, no assets were identified, and no strategic escalation followed.
DCBL confirmed that:
-No detailed logs of contact attempts are retained
-No screenshots or records of messages are kept
-No proactive follow-up with third-party intelligence is permitted
-Further attendances are abandoned once an address is deemed unproductive, even where evasiveness is evident
In practice, this means that once a debtor refuses to answer the door or moves address, enforcement simply stalls.
What was most frustrating was the lack of transparency. Reports were retrospective, sparse, and only clarified after persistent chasing. When challenged, the response was effectively that the outcome was unfortunate but unavoidable — despite this being precisely the type of debtor High Court enforcement is meant to address.
I appreciate that enforcement cannot succeed in every case. However, this felt like a process completed to satisfy terms and conditions rather than a determined attempt to recover a debt.
If you are a creditor dealing with a determined, evasive debtor who operates outside conventional employment or asset structures, be aware that this service may offer very limited value beyond ticking procedural boxes.
I would not use DCBL again for enforcement against an evasive or non-compliant debtor.

Pestilentional company
Pestilentional company. They have taken a brief to chase up an illegally issued PCN (my wife was within the 10 minute overstay allowance) and I have today just received ANOTHER threatinging letter.
I hope they do take the case to court. Ours is strong and I shall counter-sue for harrassment.

Great Company with great staff
The team were professional and very helpful the whole process, gotten the desired outcome with minimal stress. Tony, Liam and all other parties involved in my case were fantastic, and as much as I hope not to need them again, I know if I do that they’ll look after me

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I made the mistake of a quick Google search about payment from a debtor, and within minutes, I received a sales call from a member of their team who were confident they could retrieve my money.
My court judgement and payment of £80 was provided.
DCBL have now given up on my case and have invoiced me a Compliance/Abortive fee of £75+ VAT 'as per their T&Cs'.

They said they were really confident they could help, demanded a £900 payment upfront to chase a debtor but never caught him. They tried tracking the debtor for a short while before declaring the case closed. Their demeanor in emails from them and phone calls with them were all abrupt and unhelpful. They're big bold advertisers etc. but next time I will try elsewhere to avoid the pain and loss, find someone else.

Cowboy company who haven’t got a clue what they’re doing. I used chat gpt to fight my parking ticket and they lost their bottle and dropped the case after taking it to county court. A child could win against these oxygen thieves. Highly recommend anyone telling them where they can stick their claim. Better luck next time losers

Recovered my debt within weeks
Dcbl managed to recover a debt I thought would be impossible. On their first visit. Kevin got full payment straight away despite many attempts by the debtor to obstruct and lie. Well done, thank you so much.

No empathy or understanding at all…
No empathy or understanding at all spoken to two members of staff who were both rude and didn’t care at all about the situation and just demanded their money! Very sad state of affairs and make you wonder how these people work for companies like this. Our debt passed between two companies and the other one has been amazing just a shame the officers here don’t actually listen to the fact and consistently demand money.
