DO NOT PAY

DO NOT PAY. It’s a scam, they have no authority and cleaver wording on the letter implies they do, they do not. If you call them you’ll speak to an Indian who are rude and only will talk to you if you are paying. I think they get commission which is embarrassing. They take every opportunity to try and scam anyone. But the case will fall apart if you ask for proof of letters prior to the threatening letter normally years prior. Thinking about taking legal action for harassment. THEY’RE A BUNCH OF MUGS, do not fall for this.

Professional, fast and stress-free service

Excellent Company highly recommended

DCBLtd are an excellent company. We have never needed to use a debt recovery company and this was our first experience with doing so. From the first call they were very professional, we were kept updated by Tim and Matt and the final outcome was a full recovery. I would be interested to know how many…

I would be interested to know how many fines they have to refund. Unethical - paid the fine as I’m pregnant and partner has cancer. Proof that parking was paid for on bank statement was not enough. Paid £170 fine.
Continued to be harassed and chased for payment ? Staff rude and unhelpful

I cannot rate highly enough

I cannot rate highly enough. Excellent service. I was very anxious about contacting but they were very professional and kind. They retrieved my money for me within a fortnight. I only wish I had contacted them earlier instead of waiting 6 months. Thank you for all your invaluable help.

Con artist

To be fair you’re a bunch of Con artists sent me a letter out saying that I owe £170 but the first letter did not come to my house .mechanics were working on my car. I wasn’t even driving it and the guy has taken a picture halfway down the road, but there was another car behind it that didn’t get a ticket .not even slept a ticket on my window.. tried to ring the Woman up today she’s just not having it at all trying to tell her that we did not receive the first letter for £100 which I would’ve contested . Tony & Tim were great!

Tony & Tim were great. I’ve had years of abuse from tenants, non payment of rent and property damage. That I never claimed for or followed up, I’m now with their help getting back some of the money I am owed.

Tenacious debt collectors!

Very impressed with DCBL's tenacity in attempting to collect an overdue debt from a debtor who is lacking in integrity. DCBL has kept us updated throughout the process, involving us where necessary while assuming responsibility for all communication with the debtor. Highly recommended

I can't recommend DCBL highly enough, I do not think I would have recovered any of the debt without DCBL involvement.
This has been a very straightforward and rewarding contract. I received reassuring advice regarding each step of the recovery procedure and kept informed at each step.

They are demanding.Rude ignorant I…

They are demanding.Rude ignorant I explained I have problems with the post. I had increase of payment £160 I rang the company,
I made the payment on the phone she told me its been declined I checked on line banking.
She told me make the payment again ...she was very rude ...very demanding or you ..will get a ccj. I told her my bank said its pending as they are doing a check, she would not listen. .
The rep did not have any consideration if your elderly, disabled, ?? She did not care, she wanted my money again, terrible way to speak. ANY WAY THE MONEY DID GO THROUGH,
THEY SCAMMERS
The worst company EVERY VERY RUDE... the goverment need to do something about this,
I have requested the manager to ring me

Scamming company

Now getting threatening legal letter for £170, even though the person who borrowed my car paid too into machine as no change given out of machine.
I have Sent cease and disist letters , I've been ignored.

Trying English legislation in Scotland!!

Let's go to court and fight it out in front of a judge because we have the proof we are in the right !!!

Unbelievable

Received a parking fine and contested it with euro car parks. Same old rhetoric on the appeal and they transferred this to DCBL. Eventually paid the extortionate fine and they still are trying to make me pay it a second time with the continuous threatening letters.

Next step the police/court if they carry on!

This company have been chasing me for a…

This company have been chasing me for a fine incurred at a Motorway Services in Cherwell, when I was unable to leave the site due to a flat tyre. Despite furnishing them with proof (which is very difficult) they have continued to Harass me with notices of intent to prosecute! I have spent literally hours waiting on the phone, which they don’t answer unless you’re willing to pay. Terrible company.
