Please do not buy from this company they are so incompetent I ordered futon covers and they sent me stuffed cushions which I had to pay to dispose of then I ordered mattresses and they sent me the same stuffed lumpy cushions and tried to convince me they were mattresses once I unwrapped them there was no way I could get them rolled up and sent back they admitted they sent the wrong items them told me to hire a private shipper to ship them back at my cost.
I must have sent them photos at least twenty times and got one response I need to pay to ship them back they should not be allowed to stay in business

I am really disappointed in the bad reviews i was a little nervous. We ordered a queen matress with medium firm latex foam and cotton filling it took a while to arrive and the tracking number was never sent to me i randomly got a call at 9 am saying my matress was in the city and i could either pick it up or they could continue shipping it and it would arrive the next day so long as i was there to sign for it which i appreciated greatly they even carried it up the stairs and i live on a 2nd story apartment i didnt have any problems with it it was double wrapped for protection i should have bought a cover for it i will probably buy one of there protective covers. Hopefully it wont take as long to get here but i understand they are made to order

I ordered a $700 Futon with Queen mattress. I received the Futon and no mattress. They tell me they are made to order and will let me know when it ships. At this point no one is answering my emails and I still have no mattress! I will never order from this company again
Defective futon cover
The futon cover was smaller than stated on the website. It was unusable for my full-size, 6.5-7" deep futon. I attempted to stretch it out by various methods. My attempts to make it work extended beyond the 30-day return window. Even when I explained that the futon cover seemed defective because it was the wrong size, they would not accept a return, make an exchange, or offer any solution -- not even a 10% discount on a new order.

HORRIBLE COMPANY....I ordered a vanity chair and when it finally came 3 weeks later it was defective. I contacted them for return information. I had to ship back to them AT MY EXPENSE ($50.65). Sent them a copy of the UPS receipt. The chair was received and I then began emailing and calling about the refund. Always told my refund will be sent soon. Today I received a very small refund that wasn’t even the full amount of the chair. What a horrible company to deal with. PLEASE DO NOT BUY OR USE THIS COMPANY.....SUCH A SCAM!!!

I received part of my order, and after a week of trying to contact them about it, I asked to cancel the order. As soon as I sent an email about cancelling, they magically said it's been shipped, but there is no tracking number.

Absolutely thrilled!
We ordered a white, full size futon and 8 inch mattress. They didn't all arrive on the same day (3 boxes, 3 days) but that was fed ex - not the company, because we tracked all of them. They did all arrive within one week. We are very pleased with all items! The futon came with color coded instructions that were easy to follow, and the mattress is very, very comfortable! Couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you DCG!

I placed my order with them at the April 6th, they took my credit card information and sent me an email with confirmation. Two days later I got an email that they do not take cards payments for large amounts and I would have to send a check so I did that day. After 2 more weeks my check had not been cashed so I called 4 times before someone could tell me anythings. Finally my check clears order placed. Two days later I get a call, sorry part of your items are no longer available. So I picked replacement items and all should be good right? Wrong!!!! I get another call, sorry the replacement items are damaged we can not sell it to you. Okay cool, so again I order replacement items. All should be good now right, Wrong again!!! It is now May 4th not one will return my calls or emails and I have no idea when my items will ship! This is for my business that opens in 3 weeks!!! I have called everyday for weeks and get a recording. I wait on hold for hours to get moved from 5th in line to 1st, back to 2nd, back to 8th over and over! Never get to talk to anyone! I leave a message, nothing. I email, nothing!!!

It took them to 3 days to tell me that the item is out of stock, yet when I went to their web site, they would still take orders saying that it is in stock. Well, it was priced low, but it is a "high price" to pay when they don't deliver the item or waste my time. I will have to make sure that I get a refund.

I gave them a star because I couldn't share my bad experience and warn others without giving them atleast a star. I ordered a pantry to help store our nonperishables. After nearly a week with no communication or email confirming my purchase. I finally received an email asking for me to email them back and grant them permission to charge an additional fee against my account to verify it was my checking account. I repeatedly attempted to contact them by phone to speak with someone about the matter. I repeatedly after pressing the correct number, after being told I was in the que to speak to a rep, was sent to voicemail. I finally hit a point of aggravation with them to send an email requesting to refund and cancel the purchase. If they screw me out of that, expect another review. In the future, I would rather store my groceries on the countertop before giving them any of my money.
DCG dishonest and illegal activity.
I've had an unbelievable problem with this vendor. I canceled an order made with them in error within 18 minutes of the order placement. I have written confirmation that my order was canceled and my card will not be charged. 10 days later my card is charged and the order appears on my front step. They acknowledged that their employee Ashley made an error and forgot to cancel the order. Not only did they want me to manage the process to return the item, but they refused to credit my account until the item is received. Even though they acknowledge that they know I did not order the item and it was their error! They sent me a product that I did not have an order for and illegally charged my credit card. I tried to talk with them on several occasions to get this resolved and they would just hang up on me. The item was returned yesterday, and still no credit. I'm having to dispute the charge with my bank.

We immediately repacked them and reached out to DCG. They agreed to accept them back (how big of them!), but required us to pay return shipping cost of about $75. But here’s the real kicker: they refunded only 50 percent of the cost of the tables because they retroactively charged us for the original free shipping.
Buyer beware when doing business with this awful company.
84% bad reviews for a reason, horrible company
DCG has 84% bad reviews for a reason, company will not stand by their product. I ordered a futon and was told the cover comes off the mattress to wash. When I tried to take the cover off the mattress was in pieces. The cover was sewn onto the mattress. I called before ordering and was told the cover comes off to wash. After calling for two days to get a hold of someone they told me it was my fault for not understanding how the cover works. Horrible company no wonder they have such bad reviews. Wish I read them before wasting my money. Don't waste your money with this compay.

great futon cover
My daughter wanted a zebra print cover for the futon in her room. These are not easy to find. I was hesitant to buy it from DCG because of the bad ratings. Instead we were happily surprised by the quick delivery, great quality of the fabric, how easily fit on the mattress, and the fun print!
