Dean and his team did an excellent job installing my new bathroom. The quality of products used were to a high standard. The team was very reliable with time keeping and jobs were carried out to the expected time and date. DCS services cleared up after each day respecting the spaces in my home. I would highly recommend DCS as trustworthy professional traders who will get the job done with a high quality finish. I was listened to as client and now have the bathroom ive always wanted.

Dean undertook extensive renovations and home improvements including removing kitchen wall to create spacious new open plan kitchen dining room; building new kitchen and extensive works throughout the house e.g. new flooring, new bannisters, new lighting and ceilings. The project also included removing walls to create a new en-suite and redesigning the main bedroom. The project include further new windows throughout, bifold door, new fascias and roof and new loft.
Dean was the consummate professional throughout, his work was of the highest standard and all within the budget agreed and his advice and genuine care for the project was second to none. No job was too small or an inconvenience for him and his finish quality was impressive. The team working for him on every aspect were equally impressive in their manner, their work and their quality of finish.

Dean Dalton and his team made a superb job of cleaning my moss covered roof, it was done by hand using wire brushes, no damaging pressure washing. Also a new gutter across the rear of my house was fitted. All mess was cleared up and taken away, the work was carried out cheerfully and I was kept informed throughout. Dean and his team have done an excellent job building our rear dormer extension. The work has been comp!eted quickly and efficiently and the site was tidied at the end of each day. The team were very friendly and helpful and together with Dean talked us through the whole project. Any minor issues were dealt with immediately by discussing with Dean. We are extremely pleased with the results of their hard work and would not hesitate to recommend DCS services to anyone considering any building work. We wouldn't hesitate to use Dean and his team on our next project.

We were very impressed with deans professionalism from the outset. He assured us that all his work adhered to council and building regulations and insisted that we contact the council to dispute another builders plan, which could have proved a costly mistake for us. Dean directly co ordinated all of the work which was carried out to a very high standard, whilst also being mindful of our budget. The workforce were professional, friendly and polite, they took the time to explain the process and fully answered all our queries. They acted like gentlemen at all times and we have no hesitation in recommending their services to an elderly neighbour. We are delighted with our garage conversion and will continue to recommend DCS to friends and colleagues. We add an extra thank you to Brett who took the time to call round and resolve an ongoing issue with the electrics.
