Worst service I ever experienced

Worst service I ever experienced.

I ordered a product from their webpage monday, and they had 1-2 days delivery time.

After a few days I got a call from them where they informed med that they couldn't send the product with their current forwarder, since they were afraid the product could break during transportation. The next day when I then talked to them, they said that they didn't sendt it yet because they didn't have it in stock, even though they had send me an order confirmation.

But to make a long story short, I received the product friday, after a lot of calls with the company back and forth.

I needed it for a birthday gift thursday, and I asked what kind of compensation can they offer. And they just said sorry, and didn't try to do anything to satisfy their customer.

Worst overall service I experienced in a very long time.

Excellent customer service!

I am so impressed by their customer service and I will definitely buy from them again!
Long story short: My husband had a favorite T-shirt that we could not remember where we bought from. I found the same brand on De3bedste. The problem was there was no size on the T-shirt we had, so I was in doubt about what size to buy...
I measured the T-shirt from shoulder to shoulder and I called their customer service hoping they can help. Although the warehouse was located somewhere else, the guy on the phone was extremely nice and helpful and tried to find the optimal solution. It ended up with him measuring his own T-shirt so we could compare to the sizes I had. Based on his suggestion, I ordered the right size. I was impressed by how professional and patient he was and that although it was a funny situation, he took my problem seriously.
