I have used Deal Direct for a number of years. My recent experience with Simon who I can’t rate highly enough. My circumstances have been a bit unusual however he has managed to help me find a solution to suit me and help me move forward. Nothing has been too much bother and I am grateful for all the work and help he has done. Communication and updates are frequent and easy to get hold of. I realised very soon before xmas that my mortgage fixed rate was ending on 26th dec. After and initial blind panic i contacted DDFS as used them before and spoke with Reuben Dawkins. He was helpful and got me a proposal with Barclays,which turned out to be the best deal, as I bank with them, the process was fast despite the festive period and being closed

Really unhappy with this company. I’m constantly receiving emails and when I try to unsubscribe it asks for my phone number, which I won’t give so stuck with receiving unwarranted emails!!
