This is awful service.

This is awful service.
Y placed an order on February. It was sent and arrived to my country (Sweden), but it was sent back by customs clearance because of "poor description from seller".
I wanted my refund. The seller stopped answering me in april.
The customer support NEVER answered me! I tried forums, emails, messages, DM, whatever.
NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING HERE!

I Bought a wifi card about 3 months…

I Bought a wifi card about 3 months ago. I have emailed them excessively and had no answer. On the site the item shows that it was delivered and i have to write a comment on the product, they have directed me to ``Contact now`` where the item is but also NO REPLY. I have contacted them on Facebook with one reply and THAT'S IT. No replies No directions. Don`t buy from them they are stealing money from customers all over the world

I did not receive my merchandise. It was paid for. I tried to file a complaint/dispute but the web site would not allow it. I sent three messages to the seller with no reply.

Don't buy anything from this lot

Don't buy anything from this lot. If anything goes wrong with your goods, you've had it. They won't honour the warranty. They won't take the goods back. I bought a Umidigi One Max last November and the camera was fault. Sent pics etc and wrote about two dozens emails to them. They will respond but totally ignore any warranty etc. Please be careful

I missed my order due to a…

I missed my order due to a hospitalization. Sent back to China by PostNL. Have asked them if they will receive it or send it back to me as soon as possible. I have sent many messages to them but I do not receive any response from them. My smartphone is unknown somewhere. I am retired and do not have the finances to order a new one. How many messages do I have to send to them before I receive an answer from them?

Absolutely Terrible Service

Absolutely Terrible Service. I ordered a Cell Phone which came in a bag that was 1/4 Full of Water. I managed to dry the phone out in White Rice.
The Instructions are totally useless.
I have tried emailing them to ask for some decent operating instructions but No Response. Says email can't go trough. No Phone Number.
Telephone os in CHINESE> so can't even try and figure it out myself.
Save yourself the grief!!!!

Complete Scam

Dealextreme is a complete scam. I tried to order a phone on the website and it said they had like 9000 of the model I was looking for. After like 2 days of waiting for my order they messaged me saying that they didn't have any. DO NOT BUY OFF DEALEXTREME.COM

Do not order from this site

Do not order from this site. They take longer than any site I've ever dealt with and I do a lot of drone orders. They indicate they have an item you can't locate anywhere else and send you something close that you could have gotten cheaper anywhere else in a fraction of the time. Once they get your money and you get the item your stuck with it. There is no refund or after sale compensation, they just disregard you to go after their next victim.

après 5 mois et demi toujours rien reçu, officiellement un colis a quitté les entrepôts, bon cette arnaque au numéro colis qui reste coincé est très connue (est-ce bien votre colis?), j'ai réclamé déjà deux fois et à chaque réponse c'est "attendez encore". Il faut bien rappeler qu'il n'y a aucune garantie, c'est bien écrit mais il n'y a pas la page bien sur, Les réponses : "Hi, we are very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Currently your order message is waiting for responding, since there are lots of messages waiting for processing before your order message, and we are processing in chronological order, please wait patiently.
Please do not worry, your purchase with DX is guaranteed. " Le second message, oui en chine le 01 mai tombe le 04 mai, étrange non?: "Hi, due to the International Workers' Day (May 1st- May 5th) in China, we can't reply you in time. But please do not worry, your purchase with DX is guaranteed.

If you have any problems for your order, we will try our best to help you solve the problem and definitely provide you a solution ASAP.

Thanks for your patience and understanding in advance!"

I should have read the reviews before…

I should have read the reviews before parting with £200. I paid for a 3D printer so that I could print PPE face visors due to the shortages and not received the printer after waiting 3 weeks.

I had a reply which was the exact same as another customer. Really should have bought from somewhere else.

Terrible, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere

(*) Expedited shipment: "Pay for nothing."
(*) Customer service: "Our ambition is to provide false information and delay communication to reach the refund period expiration date."
(*) Submit a complaint: "We will provide this functionality to our customers, but it won't actually work."

I had placed 3 orders for a good total amount. Having paid about $80 extra for expedited shipment, confirmation was given that I would receive the shipments in 5 to 8 days. More than 40 days passed for my shipments to arrive. Customer service was unable to provide any information, nor tracking information. If only they tried as hard in providing an excellent customer service instead of delaying communication or providing false information to reach the refund period expiration date.

I decided to post a complaint at dealextreme to at least get the expedited shipment costs back. As there is no dedicated category for this issue, I tried to file my complaint in a related one. Surprisingly, each time a wild 'error' appeared when clicking the submit button. I decided to file it under every available category, like some sort of magic this error kept appearing when submitting the complaint, even trying with different browsers.
Finally I was able to file my complaint under 'report a bug'.

So far, I have never received an answer.

Do yourself a favor and look for other suppliers.

Awful aftersale

I bought quite a few products from this website and was not unhappy until I had to deal with aftersale.
Last item I bought was supposed to be a SSD drive and turned out to be a HDD once delivered. I complained about it and aftersale just made me crazy. I never got any sensible answer and off course never got any money back.
Worse, they changed my very bad comment on the product to 5 star. I know it since there was only 2 (very similar) comments on the item, among which one with the flag of the small island where I live.
