according their own rules unshipped orders can be canceled but there is no reaction on such request. no answers at all. there is no safe buying on DX.com they say your order is guaranteed but not even a answer is guaranteed from them.

this is what I can find on internet Dealextreme in Europe, it is extreme shady and unreachable address in London phone number is a Chinese one and live chat is not working and on their website you get no answers on your questions

Ho fatto un ordine in marzo, ho acquistato un saturimetro perchè nè in farmacia nè su amazon se ne trovavano. Pagato con carta di credito. Non avendo ancora ricevuto nulla, scrivo tramite facebook, mi rispondono di contattare l'help center tramite sito. Il sito non mi fa accedere all'account, come segnalato qui da altri clienti, provo tramite app, invio diverse segnalazioni, nessuno risponde. Scrivo di nuovo tramite FB e mi rispondono pure male. Mai più.

I ordered a product in March, payed with credit cards. Since the order was not delivered whithin the 7 business days, I reached to them via Facebook, they told me to contact the help center or customer service via website. Their website is crap, it wouldnt work, so I used their app on my cell phone, sent several complaints, no one replied. I wrote again to them on their FB page, the admi was absolutely rude and told me to call the customer service, but did not give me a number do contact. Worst experience ever, don't buy from them.

A part was missing in my order.
Which took 39 days, not 17, to be delivered.
I tried to make a complaint about the missing part.
Message: “Your account is temporarily unavailable.”
I succeded in getting an activating codes in email.
But there is NO place to use or insert that code!
So I cannot (re)activate my account,
so I cannot make any complaint,
so I cannot get the missing part,
so I cannot use the item.

So the item which I have paid for is UNUSABLE.

Never more DealExtreme, it is too extreme for me!

just don't buy anything from these people

Be wary of this company.

They send you an email after you have paid asking for your credit card details and ccv number, a front and back picture of your credit card and government ID, like a passport. Their reasoning is “we need to verify you”. Um no - WE (the customers need to verify you, and guess what, you fail big time). If you don’t do this, they say your order will be delayed - what???

This is a serious issue and I’m appalled that online security authorities are not taking action to protect the public and customers against this.

Checking out it keeps saying your card is no good for a small order. But when you use Paypal it somehow is always good.
Then they declined my order multiple times because I did not provide them photocopies of front and back of credit card and government issued ID. For a small order.

Payed a phone 3 months ago and I never got it. I have sent them multiple messages to get an update and after a while, complain.
The only answer you will get is "wait longer".
You will not get a refund and won't get what you ordered.

Worse company ever there fast to take your money but you never get the product when I contacted them they said my order was delivered and for me to check with my neighbors. They never sent it I’m contacting the attorney general about this problem. There not getting away with it. It’s a scam don’t order from them

They used to deliver some years ago. Now they are just a scam. Don't trust dx.com.

Edit1: After over 3 months I finally received 1/3 of my orders. However, now that the world is in quarantine, this is a matter of no importance.

Wish I read these reviews prior to ordering. Never received product, tracking number etc., They will not respond to emails , no phone, basically a giant SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I got duped by product misrepresentation on their site - what is presented as a sanding belt grinder, including in the order confirmation, it actually only a set of sanding belts replacements. I realized shortly after placing the order that the product placement is so misleading that it is a scam. All subsequent emails requesting for order cancellation were ignored. Despite the claim that they offer support 24/7/365, there is no response to the emails. The listed phone number is disconnected. Buyers be aware - this is a site that intentionally misrepresents the product and the transaction, and makes it impossible to cancel or return your order.

I ordered a couple of UMIDIGI F2 phone (worth $520.00) paid for expedite shipping since last November 12, 2019 and I was informed that it was already shipped. I made a follow up on December 2, 2019 and was told it was out of stock and will get more within a week and will ship it right away. It is January 7, 2020 and still no phone received. I requested for a refund and was told that they don't do refunds for items shipped. I checked the status and it says it WAS SHIPPED ON 02/01/2020. They put a shipping tracking number so that they can't do refund. BEWARE!!! LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE! DON'T TRUST DEALEXTREME!! THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE!!!

bad store and they have no existing customer service as stated.i ordered Polishing machine and they only sent me a package of abrasive and no machine. this is the second store that they advertise this sharpening machine and they send you abrasive paper in a package.

I am a big china shopper but this store is a scam. After a purchase, they will ask you to send them a picture of your credit card and ID or they will delay the shipment of your order. Did you know like a SSID, you can actually get the cvv and account details from just the credit card number? After a month, my order was yet to be shipped and they kept telling me to wait. I know when someone is trying to get the coverage period to run out. I asked for a cancellation and they outright refused. I was eventually sent a tracking #, one that even the courier confirms is fake, so i initiated a paypal dispute that went to a claim because they never responded on paypal but sent me many messages telling me to just keep waiting. I didnt cancel it, and a couple days later, i try to log in on dealextreme. what do you know? My account is mysteriously gone, deleted, kaput, like a magic trick. Lucky me i had already taken screenshots of the information when i opened the claim. This is a scam through and through. Its up to Paypal now.

Received a shipment with the wrong item (which found to be much cheaper than the ordered one).
Seller declares that he is sorry but refuse to compensate the balance.
Odd attitude and weird policy. A waste of time and money -
If I could recommend caution and avoid similar cases I would suggest other sites with fairer trading rules.

The order has been canceled without any notification or information. I heard about the cancellation only when I check my PayPal account. It is ridiculous. There was another deal for a close price but before DX fail, I missed both.

Never ever will shop from these losers. Stay away.

I have never received items ordered. I have been unable to reach anyone to even complain to. How can these advertisements be allowed to run! Ugh!

Jabra earpods I eventually received weeks after ordering.. they're faulty and may even have been used already prior to my receiving them! Box was open on arrival also. I wont bother trying to contact them now as their customer care doesn't exist.
I'm taking this up now directly with Jabra.

Not even worth the one star!! Stay away from this site. Purchased an item back on Nov 7th and was advised 7-14 days delivery...Dec 17th and nothing. Not even going to waste my time on following up.
