The same experience as many others. Good price, but long time till delivery. The delivery date is about to pass and there is no promised tracking number nor communication from the seller. After my query about the delivery, I get the same as others: "There was a very high demand for this item and we were having a hard time keeping up with the demand. Unfortunately shipping your order took longer than we expected. " This is strange as there are supposed to be there different sellers. To the best degree that I can tell there are just different faces for the site owner who delivers nothing. I should mention that my item is a product for which demand is pretty uniform, long time in the market, from a respectable company. There no surges in the demand for that item. The offer persists on dealscube site without alteration in spite of seller's claims. The seller declares new delivery date. Again nothing happens. After I ask for a refund, reasons for delay in me getting the money back are declared. Again by the declared day of the refund nothing happens. At that moment we are few days away from the 60 day deadline from me being able to file a complaint with the credit card company and the transaction supposedly disappearing from the dealscube site. Seemingly getting past that deadline was the goal from the very beginning. I filed the complaint and at least tentatively got the money back, but the complaint is still being resolved. Obviously I wish I looked for reviews before ordering from that site.

I got this item with an awesome price A+ Web site

I was looking for a game at a discount and found this website which looked like a great deal. I had read the reviews and it seemed to be a green light. Well, it has worked for several other people but it did not work for me at all. I followed the directions in the email, and even contacted EA games about it and nothing helped. This was a no-go for me, but it may work for other people. The problem was that the game code was not registered with Origin so it did not recognize the game at all. Even just playing offline, it did not work for me. But good luck to people in the future that purchase one of these games, it did not work for me at all.

As many folks have mentioned, dealsCube is not a vendor but an platform for people to sell their products on.

My experience was with the seller: GameGalaxy. I purchased a game from them late Friday night. The next morning I had an email from them making sure that I was aware that the game I had purchased was the offline only version and offering to refund my money if that wasn't what I wanted. Since I hadn't been aware of that fact (although it was clearly stated in the ad) and wanted to play online with friends I requested a refund. He refunded my money promptly and we both went on with our lives.

All I can say is check the sellers feedback, read the description very carefully and as always, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

I purchased a blood pressure cuff for just over $60 on 8/30/16. I was given a shipping date of 9/13/16-9/29/16. Having not heard from the seller at all until I initiated contact, I sent a message on 9/27/16. Response later that day was:

"There was a very high demand for this item and we were having a hard time keeping up with the demand. Unfortunately shipping your order will take longer than we expected. Your order will be arriving October 14 - October 19, 2016. We apologize for the delay."

Sound familiar? Believe the other reviews, you will lose money with this website. Avoid at all costs. You will get less than you pay for. Not worth it. I went with them even after reading reviews thinking I was in no rush. I was wrong. Now I'm going to have to struggle to get my money back.

Believe all the bad reviews about this website. Do not be enticed by the cheaper prices. You get what you pay for. I paid for a product on there website (toto toilet) and was promised a shipping date a month out. This date lined up perfectly for how the $11,000 bathroom remodeling job was going to come together at its finishing stages so I was willing to wait. The week of the shipping date comes and nothing. No call, no email, no message on their website. A days before the final shipping date I decided to message them and they replyed saying:

Our supplier just informed us that there is a very high demand for this item and they are having a hard time keeping up with the demand. Unfortunately shipping your order will take longer than we expected. Currently we do not have an estimated shipping date for your order. Please let us know if you would like to keep your order in place or cancel it and have a full refund. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Where was my notification of this earlier? How is Amazon and many other suppliers able to get the same toilet to me in 2 days?

Well after explaining to the customer what happened and that we would have to wait until after her house appraisal to install the toilet she was quite upset and we had to make the compensation. Thanks for nothing but wasted time and lost money.

Great Experience, easy.

I ordered dasaquin and was promised to receive in 14-30 days from payment. My card chArged and didn't A receive until day 37! I had to contact seller on day 28 to ask why I hadn't received shipping info. Said having trouble filling order and I'd receive between 7 to 10 more days.
I did save money on this product but never dealt with a company who advertised and charged my credit card and then waits 5 weeks to mail.

I ordered a grill they said I would I would recieve my order 3 weeks later. At about 2 weeks I ask for info that said remember your contract . so I waited till do data and requested a tracking number they responded it would be another 1 to 2 weeks .so I said remember your contract I got no response when I went into my account they deleted all the info and correspondence in my account. About 3 hours later I got a email saying my order was canceled and I would get a refund in 3 to 7 business days we will see.

I ordered a game download. It was said to be emailed within 24 hours after payment. I was a little worried because id never purchased a game that way before. but sure enough within just a couple of house i had my link and codes to the game, and was installing it on my computer!!! thanks for the great experience i will probably be getting all my game downloads from here now!!!!!

dealsCube is just as it is advertised. A website that sells quality items at a discounted price. I ordered a DYMO 4XL shipping label printer, and it was brand new as described. It was also more than $20 cheaper than Amazon with no tax. I saved a good amount of money. I did have to wait longer to receive the item, but it was delivered within the time frame given. I would highly recommend shopping here if you are looking for a good deal!

Best price found on product search. I was given a clear understanding that the product would not ship immediately; my need was not immediate so the savings was well worth my wait. Processing of payment through SquareUp was new to me, but instructions were clear and process was smooth. I will definitely include dealsCube in future product searches.

Discovered DealsCube via price shopping website. Unfortunately - the seller I purchased from (and most sellers on DC) seem to have no experience with e-commerce. There were no updates on order after payment and when contact seller said it would take 1+ month to fulfill order. Then seller cancelled order without any further communication. I got no emails/messages - nothing. I discovered this only when I tried to check status of order and it had disappeared from my account.

Since DC makes all its money from sellers - they did nothing to help me and as far as I can tell - will side with sellers in case of a dispute. This is completely different from my experience with Amazon or ebay - who try to help & protect the customer.

I will avoid this website in the future and recommend you do the same.

I looked and looked for a really good price on an embossing machine. Finally on my search of the second or third page (using Google), I found dealsCube.
