I bought something a few weeks ago and then you have to wait for the seller to send you an invoice and then pay for your item in order for it to be shipped to you. However, no one sent me an invoice for days until I reached out. Then they told me that they didn't have any available and I could wait if I wanted. When they finally sent me an invoice I realize that you can only pay one way on this site and it is a crazy process to become approved.

This website offers buyers a $20 Amazon gift card to leave good reviews. In all reality, if you know what half the sellers on the site were doing, you wouldn't leave a good review. I attempted to purchase two copies of a game from one seller. After paying, the seller emailed me. As it turns out, he was selling pirated copies of the game. I informed dealsCube of this, only to have them tell me that they wouldn't be willing to do anything until the production company filed a DMCA strike against the seller. I left negative feedback for the seller, only to have dealsCube remove them so that the seller could remain at 100%. So, not only do they pay for reviews, but if you leave bad feedback for their sellers, they'll just remove it.

Definitely verify that the seller has decent ratings before purchasing anything. I didn't and learned the hard way. Any seller using Payza as a payment method is a scam. I was charged 7% more than my total amount, my item was never shipped and now I'm having trouble getting refunded. Not worth the headache just to save a few bucks.

Ordered gift for my 9 year old son. Because it was expensive it was his main gift. I ordered on November 17 and delivery was expected December 5-21. No late notice, nothing. Did not receive by Christmas. This was such a disappointment for my son. He received a letter from Santa and is STILL waiting for his gift!!!! So disappointing!! Never again!

DealsCube is a great place to get recent bestsellers in multiple e-book formats at the best prices. They can be read on your choice of NOOK, Kindle PlayBooks, iBooks, and others. If one doesn't work or you change your mind which device or format you want to use, a simple email to them will get the new format emailed quickly at no extra charge. Delivery is always quick, usually the same day as purchase. Excellent communication, always. Highly recommend!

They are bunch of thieves. When asked for return of money they keep making fun of me. Just bunch of thieves!!!

It has been a nightmare experience working with the seller "bdeals" on dealscube.com

I originally ordered a 2-pack of refrigerator water filters (a very common item in my opinion) on 8/27/16 and I was told delivery would take 2 weeks. On 10/3/16, I had still not received my order and I reached out to bdeals through the dealscube messaging service within the members area of the site. Bdeals quickly got back to me and said the order has been delayed, but it should arrive within the next two weeks.

After a few weeks of continuing shipping delays because of bdeals supplier not being able to supply the product, I asked bdeals to cancel my order. He said he would, but after 2 weeks, I never received a refund. I checked in again 2 weeks later and still no refund.

It has now been a month of back and forth with bdeals in me trying to get my refund and all bdeals will ever reply is "We suggest you to contact your credit card company to file a dispute to receive your money back. We apologize for the inconvenience." I submitted an issue to DealsCube customer support and I never received a response.

I started reading through the other reviews and the positive ones look like bought/scam reviews. At this point, I felt the victim of a scam.

My credit card company would not dispute the charge because I submitted the claim 60 days after the original purchase date. I think it was bdeal's idea to keep me in limbo on shipping until after that date had passed.

As you can see from my experience, bdeals and dealscube are not a vendor and platform you should choose to work with. A little bit cheaper price on Google shopping is not worth the headache. I know my purchase was only approximately $65, but it is the principle around how these merchants do business that irritates me the most.

As a result of my experience, I highly recommend avoiding bdeals and dealscube altogether.

No. They advertise stuff that they don't have for sale. They keep your money tied up then cancel the order a month after you pay for it. No.

The seller kitoutlet is the biggest scam out there! I ordered a faucet in September and they have yet to send it and refuse to refund my money! It's been 4 months!

Placed an order in the beginning of August for a garbage disposal, it is now the end of November and they keep saying it will arrive the next month. I have been in contact with them regularly via email (no phone number). What a joke!

I ordered a projector on September 3, 2016. Latest date of delivery was October 3rd, received no item, so I sent a message to inquire about my item. They replied saying it would be another 15 days before I would get my product. 15 days go by and no item, so I messaged them again, and they said that they don't have the item and they are waiting on their supplier, which would be another 2-3 weeks. I told them to refund me, they said it would be up to 12 business days. 12 days go by, no refund, so I message them again. They said they refunded me again, and it should be 2-7 business days before I get it. 7 days go by and now I have to contact my bank.

I left a negative review for the supplier, detailing the issues, and dealscube has removed the negative feedback on the supplier. "trsupply" is the seller.

Horrible experience and dealscube has provided no assistance with this, except removing my negative feedback for the seller.

I ordered an item through one of DealsCube's vendors. DealsCube's policy is to charge your credit card at the time of order and escrow it until the order has been fulfilled.
In my case, the vendor listed a long delivery time (one month), and at the end of the month the item had still not shipped. When I contacted the vendor I was told the item was not available and it might take another month. I was offered a refund, which I accepted. The refund never showed up. I repeatedly contacted the vendor, who initially stalled and then stopped replying altogether. I contacted DealsCube directly to complain about the situation, and they never responded. I had to file a disputed transaction with my credit card company to get the charge reversed.
I left negative feedback about the vendor, being careful to state only a factual history of events, as above, without any opinions or derogatory comments. The feedback was removed from DealsCube's system within 24 hours.
In summary, DealsCube does not appear to have a functioning customer support department, is unwilling or unable to control the way their vendors behave, and appears to remove negative feedback about vendors so that other customers cannot be made aware of potential problems.
