The site works fairly well. Could use some tweaking of menu items to make it easier to navigate but everything you need is there. Transactions run fairly smoothly from my experience.

Give u the date u will recive ur package & and that date u should be recive ur package they'll just send an emial with another date. And on that date they eill give u another date... Its robbery & the biggest headace ..dont do it 2 urself ...DONT SAY I DIDNT WARN YOU! IT TOOK THAT EMIAL 2 GET A RESPONSE ...BUT THEY AGAIN FAIL 2 RESPOND 2 THE FACT I. Horrible company! Do not, I repeat DO NOT buy anything from here.
I paid for a hard drive and after 6 painful months of email exchanges THEY STOLE MY MONEY! They kept pushing the deadline of delivery and kept blaming me of not making a decision. Four months later they said that they canceled my order and refunded the money. I asked for proof so they deleted my email exchange history from website. AND THERE IS NO REFUND! I am looking into legal actions against this company.

I made a purchase on Jan 6th. The expected delivery date was between January 20 and February 05. I did not hear word from them so on Jan 23rd I reached out and asked for the status. At this time the seller stated the order will be delivered between January 20 and February 05. Fast forward to Feb 10 and I noticed the delivery dates were pushed back so I reached out to the seller again. The seller stated that "there was a very high demand for this item and we were having a hard time keeping up with the demand. Unfortunately shipping your order will take longer than we expected. Your order will be arriving within 2-3 weeks from today." 2-3 weeks went by and I asked AGAIN for the status and they said my order would be shipped in 2-3 more weeks. RIDICULOUS! Canceling my order and never working with them again. I understand products have a high demand, but why could you not say that to begin with back on Jan 23rd when I reached out to the seller the FIRST time. If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible experience.

I have to say, overall I had a pretty great experience. Nothing really negative to report, I think I even bought something in the past and it went through with no issues. My seller was a decent person to talk too and the Marketplace seemed easy to navigate.

I never received the item, and there is no way to get refund. It's a scam!

If you care about your hard earned money, don't spend it on this website. All vendors may not be like that but the one I bought from 'gazeden' never sent me the items I paid for and after I cancelled the transaction, never refunded the money.

Went in expecting to get a base game for a really amazing price and ending up getting the game as well as the dlc for an extremely good price

this appears to be a scam. maybe you just hope people will forget that you received payment. the honest thing to do is only take orders you can fulfill or take the money only when you SHIP

They take your money and never send product, then when you dispute the charge they deny stating customer needs to call them first; there is NO PHONE # TO CALL! This is a SCAM!

This is a scam! I ordered a game camera from rosesupermall and never received order within the time frame. I contacted Dealscube to refund my money and they stated they tried twice but my bank was the problem, I should dispute with my bank....this is not my responsibility! A business is supposed to satisfy the customer. The end result is: I never received my order, I never received my refund. I am out of $57 which isn't a big deal but to some people this is a lot of money. Maybe Dealscube should put pressure on companies to fulfill the orders or do some research before approving their "selling" status.

I AM A FIRST TIME USER OF THIS SITE NEVER ORDERED FROM HERE BEFORE, I PUT MY VERY FIRST ORDER IN ON SEPTEMBER 20, 2016 FOR A SUNCAST DECK BOX 99-GALLON AND AT THIS VERY MOMENT (JAN 30, 2017) I HAVE NO ITEM THAT HAS BEEN PROMISED TO ME ON MANY DIFFERENT DATES AND NO MONEY BACK EITHER, SELLER IS REFUSING TO GIVE ME THE ITEM OR MY MONEY BACK. I HAVE REPORTED THE ISSUE TO DEALSCUBE AND AT THIS TIME WAITING AN ANSWER. NOT VERY HAPPY WITH THIS SITE AT THIS TIME,IF IT NOT RESOLVED IN A TIMELY MATTER I WILL BE REPORTING "FRAUD" ON THIS SELLER. I found two e-textbooks on dealsCube for a very cheap price (while wondering if it was too good to be true) but was pleasantly surprised with the prompt service and great prices. Not a big fan of e-textbooks, but the price was too good to pass up.
