Prices are untouchable! Unfortunately the delivery in 24 hour gurantee is a joke! 3 days later nothing! Very frustrated!

I purchased 2 hard drives on Dealscube because the price was very good, plus I was getting a $20 gift card for it. I made the purchase on April 17th and the order was expected to be delivered between May 1 and May 17th. Since I had a deadline for which I needed the drives on May 28th. The seller, bdeals, extended the "estimated" delivery date of May 17th to a SHIP date of May 25th, and shipping could take between 3 to 8 business days. Ridiculous. I went out and bought a smaller drive so I can meet the other deadlines I had. Finally, when I heard nothing from the seller, I asked him/her to cancel the order. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Dealscube, even if you're going to save $20-30 off your order and get a $20 gift card. It isn't worth having and unreliable source that may not even ship the product after over a month's wait or may send a fake product for all we know.

At first I was worried about the website because I have never heard of it. But when placing my order getting quick response, and finally downloading it I was satisfied and happy. You could even get your money back if it wasn't what you were expecting (before you confirmed that this is the game you want). The only thing I would change is not an offline version, but that is what I paid for.

I found a game on dealsCube that was cheaper than anywhere else. Not only that but they are giving me a $20 gift certificate for my order.

This is the conversation I had with my seller from DealsCube. If you can spot the problem in this text, then you will know to never, ever buy a product from them again. If you can't, then you are probably as incompetent as the people who work there.

Sorry to be a bother but does it normally take this long to ship out an item? I have a computer that I'm trying to sell but I can't until I get this part. I would expect to get it within a couple weeks but this is starting to be a little silly. Was there something on the page that I missed that would lead to it taking this long or is this a once in a blue moon kind of problem? Any feedback would be nice. Thanks!

Yes, you were informed about the estimated delivery dates in the item detail page before placing the order.

I am done with this website and this order! You may be cheaper but this is taking an enormous amount of time to ship. It has been over a month since I ordered this cooler and you reassured me that it would ship on the 26th of May. The 26th was 4 days ago and it still hasn't shipped and I haven't even got as much as an apology for the delay. I want this order cancelled now so I can buy the cooler from a company that is more competent than a bag of rocks. Don't bother shipping it out and don't bother keeping this website running because if you treat all of your customers like me, you will not be in business for much longer.

There were no problems with my order. It was a great experience and pretty straightforward. I picked up an inflatable kayak for an amazing price. Seller provided tracking information and I received the package via FedEx in 3 days. Super easy and I'll be using the site again.

I had a terrible experience with dealscube. The seller that sold me an item says that it will take 2-4 weeks for the order to be shipped. I asked for clarification, if it means it will take a month to receive my item. They sent me a generic answer stating the same thing. I got concerned because the payment was made but the order was not processed. 2 weeks later, I followed up, emphasizing that if the item does not reach me by the date they promised, I expect a refund. Within days, not only did they give me the same "Copy and Paste" answer again, they automatically canceled my order. I felt like my funds were locked for 2 weeks for no reason at all. The frightening thing is that the seller "bdeals" had 0 negative reviews- they had almost 300 transactions of 100% positive reviews! It feels extremely fishy and shady to me. Does this means that the platform Advocates the Seller instead of the Buyer? Does this mean that there is No Buyer Protection?

I reported the seller to dealscube mentioning that such an experience makes me not want to use their website ever, again. To this day, I received no answer nor explanation at all.

I had a wonderful experience at dealsCube.com. I ordered an ebook from dealsCube.com and within 20 minutes after making payment seller send me the ebook. Not only the price was good but service was also awesome.I would definitely purchase from dealsCube.com

I ordered a pdf version of a textbook. It was extremely cheap, I was able to use paypal to pay, and I received the book in an email the next morning. Excellent website.

I placed an order on this website on March 29. I had to contact them when there was no evidence of shipping halfway through the waiting period. Was told to wait and the item will be delivered as promised. After 4 weeks I got a note to say wait another 2 weeks. At this point it became obvious that this was not a serious website and demanded a refund. To its credit I got a refund today
I am not sure I will ever shop that website again. better stick to ebay and amazon

The price was great; however, the item was shipped a month late. Instead of being delivered between April 11 - April 27, 201, It arrived May 1st. I will not order anything else I urgently need on dealsCube, but it seems like a good deal for non-urgent items. The site has an easy interface to communicate with the seller.

Good price and very responsive seller. Only complain was that an order of hard drive took about 1 month to arrive

Smooth transaction seller was very helpful. Ensure multiple times that I fully understood the product I was purchasing.

I sent $34.20 to the company back in December 2016 I never received the product or a refund so if you want to throw your money away for no products and no service and nothing at all throw your money way with this company

The price is cheaper compared to other ecommerce sites. I bought Asus RT-ACRH13 Dual-Band 2x2 AC1300 Wifi 4-port Gigabit Router on 03/15 and received it on 04/14. The seller bdeals was also very responsive to my queries.

I could not give 5 stars as the delivery waiting is very long.

Placed an order with dealsCube and ordering was simple and easy. Communication was okay and they let me know when there were status changes like order preparations and order ready for shipping.
