Ordered a game from dealscube and it was never shipped. Contact dealscube and am told to file a complaint with my credit card to recover my money. They do not guarantee their sellers and they do nothing when you have an issue. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money and buy from a reputable company. These people are crooks and they essentially rob people.

I ordered a xbox one game for my grandsons birthday, it's been six weeks since you took my $29.99 and still no game, no tracking and you don't answer emails. Just want my money back .

DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE PEOPLE. COMPLETE FRAUD. BEEN 6 WEEKS WITH NO COMMUNICATION FROM SELLER OR THESE THIEFS. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!! You want a reference number??? They don't answer their email directly! What makes you think a reference number is going to make a difference!

I purchased two items at a great price from a seller through DealsCube. DealsCube processed the order promptly, and the seller contacted me very shortly thereafter to provide me my product. My experience was a positive one, and I would have no reservations in using DealsCube again. I only give 4 instead of 5 stars because DealsCube is a new company to me, and I would want to use any vendor/service and hear of others using it successfully over several years before giving 5 stars. Everything has been positive for me!

Plain and simple, they took my money and never sent the product I purchased. They ignore my emails and do not have a phone number listed on their website. This company is a complete FRAUD. Lesson learned!

I appreciate the ease and speed of book purchase. I hope the selection of offerings continues to provide books of interest and I would recommend this to someone wanting to read something that would have taken weeks to receive through other vendors. I ordered my book in the evening, and the next morning it was here - because I needed a Kindle copy, I requested of the seller and received within hours. Thank you.

I purchased a video card at the beginning of summer and never received it. I contacted the seller after the shipping date range expired and got no response. I contacted dealsCube and go no response. The seller bdeals (read from other reviews) has had their account suspended and reopened repeatedly, which leads me to the conclusion that the account is handled by dealsCube. If the website itself were reputable they would at least respond to my complaint. IF YOU OR ANYONE YOU KNOW IS SCAMMED BY THIS WEBSITE, PLEASE FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB. That is the only way to shut them down.

We tried to buy an instant pot from one of their sellers, without checking their reviews.. seller bdeals547 I think. Anyway long story short, they never shipped item, and after 2 1/2 months they agreed to refund my money. That never happened. I was in contact with dealscube the whole time and they encouraged me to work with the seller.. finally dealscube sent me an email saying they suspended the seller and removed all of their items.. here's the kicker. I read some of the reviews on this seller and someone posted the same problem and dealscube sent them the same email I received, ONLY it was from a year prior. So somehow dealscube let this seller back in to scam more people..

It's been 6 weeks since I ordered a mouse and it hasn't arrived. Customer service is terrible. Do NOT buy from Dealscube!

Worst service/online site I have never seen.
They said that they will credit my amount back into my account within 3-5 business days after I cancelled my order but I haven't get any amount till now(more than a month)
There is no customer care number except mail service but if you send a mail don't expect a single mail from them.

Beware of this site, specifically a seller called bdeals.. I made a purchase on the 8th and had not been processed by the 18th.. I messaged them saying that if they do not have the product in hand then to refund my money. I received a response the same day saying that it will take 3-5 business days to finalize the refund. I contacted bdeals again about it on the 27th with no response. Here it is the end of the month and still no refund. I had to contact my credit card company. Oh, when I purchased the item, bdeals had 275 ratings, yesterday I looked to see about my refund he only had 2 and they were both negative. Today I check on refund and he had no rating, so somehow they keep getting their rating reset. I cant say much about other sellers, but bdeals is bad business, so save yourself a headache and move on to a reputable site.

Ordered a small fridge on 28th of may, Still havent received the fridge, nor a response from the seller. they also deleted my review. Did not leave option for paypal either. Do not buy from this website unless you want to be ripped off.

They have a support email and provide 0% support. Awful website with no security. They will take your money without helping you getting it back if you get scammed, which is highly likely.

This company is big fraud. They are not liable for the seller on their site at all thought they fraud people.

I ordered a vacuum on dealsCube May 1st. When my item was never shipped, contacting my credit card company was the only resolution dealsCube support staff had. It's now June 26th, and I've barely gotten my money refunded by my bank. I had to complete the process myself, so if you're thinking shopping on this site will be like Amazon or Ebay where things are monitored, they're not. You'll be on your own to get money refunded if something goes wrong. When I initially was looking to purchase from the seller there were several great reviews and lots of items indicating a reliable seller. About a week ago, I noticed all of the feedback and his items had been removed. Only after I contacted dealsCube did they let me know he had been suspended. No effort by the site to contact customers with existing unfulfilled orders and let them know there was an issue with the vendor. Won't ever go on the site again.

Never delivered the product, I requested a refund, never issued a refund I had to dispute the charge with my bank,

Like the reviewer below me I purchased off the seller bdeals on June 4th. After not hearing anything as of today June 24th I wanted to go ask them only to find out the listing is removed and the seller gone. I went to go contact the website and read that I need to go dispute it with the cc company which I already did, so I know the website wouldn't do anything for me. Lesson learned, if it's too good to be true it probably is. I ended up rushing a purchase off Amazon and paying more for quality and efficient service.

after waiting 2 weeks without receiving tracking number. i have decided to contact the seller, i noticed all his reviews and listings are gone. So I contacted dealsCube and i got the following respond.

We have suspended the seller`s account and removed all their listings. We no longer allow them to sell their products on dealsCube. We suggest you to contact payment processing or your credit card company to file a payment dispute to receive your money back.

so as you can see, they banned the seller and only told me because i asked. not only that, apparently they cant refund me and im on my own. they released payment to the seller before he even ship the item. so i have basically wasted 119.99$

i encourage everyone to file a complaint at the FTC to ensure any transaction placed in the US is flagged and also im trying to see if its possible to lower their rating on google. because thats how i found the item on google shopping list.

dealscube considers the customer satisfaction lot. the product was same as described, though delivery was delayed they kept updated on it and did provide option for full refund
