My complaint is can’t get in touch with anyone. When you’re spending a lot of money, sale item or not you need communication. Pleased with furniture just not your customer care.

The website is so easy to navigate, and the availability of a wide range of product made my experience very enjoyable.

The dress arrived really quickly. Kept informed of delivery status, delivery also excellent and on time. I'm very pleased with the dress. It's lovely and cool for the hot weather. So pleased with my purchase as I had wanted to buy it previously but it was sold out, so good all round.

Easy order process and duvet delivered quickly. Wool duvet was on offer so best price available from Debenhams at time of ordering.

Should have read the reviews before I ordered!!
Ordered 5 bar stools and advised would be delivered within 4 days.
They didn’t arrive on the expected delivery date so chased up to be told my order hadn’t even been passed to the supplier and that I could cancel and receive a refund which I accepted!
Days later I chased for the refund, to be told my order hadn’t been cancelled and now could not be cancelled! So I asked for clarity on the order status and was told to contact them again after another week!!!
6 days later and still no update and still no bar stools! Looking at tracking data, the supplier is actually dispatching from Germany so how I was expected to receive these within a few days is beyond me, misleading marketing enticing you into purchasing with false promises!
The most unhelpful customer service team and such a stressful experience! Will never use again!

The item I purchased was fine and the parcel was well packed.

I'm frankly amazed at the low star reviews for Debenhams, me and Debenhams have been together for decades, but shopping online with them has to be one of the best ways I have shopped with them.

I think their discounts on products is excellent, the delivery is good and any necessity to return is also easy to do.

Keep the flag flying Debenhams along with all the brands you sell😄

The only improvement that should be made is to use a different courier service to deliver all your items as Evri delivery couriers have been regularly leaving the parcels on customers doorsteps and leaving them there regardless of them being stolen or if the weather is bad they either get wet through and damaged, or if the wind is blowing hard they are blown away down the street and passers by completely ignore them or take them with them to their destination no matter the situation or circumstances of the customer paying for the delivery service which they are not receiving

Have now been waiting nearly a year for a freezer to be delivered from Debenhams Order No. DUX042754226. £139.99.
Whoever monitors Trust pilot (maybe a bot) and politely suggests contacting Customer Services ought to realise what a waste of time this is. I have contacted them 18 times and only ever get holding replies, sometimes saying that the matter will be escalated. but never any suggestion of what went wrong. All I can do is warn potential customers that they may be throwing away their money. in dealing with a company that just doesn't care.
Debenhams clearly never had the stock (they seem to rely on secondary suppliers), had no capability of next-day supply, never supplied the goods and now have no intention of doing anything except telling me how busy they are.
