Do not use

Do not use.

Ordered 5 items 5th May 2 arrived no issues never got the rest, speaks 3 weeks changing to be told u am being refunded.

Been told 10.+ times my refunded has been issued, I still don’t have it.

No number to call so every contact I make I have to start the process all over again.

Don’t not waste your money or time, I will never buy from Debenhams again.

Ordered Samsung phone alone of the best prices around. Paid extra for delivery ins. Delivery quoted as7 working days, parcel arrived in 3. Reasonably packaged and as described.

Very fast delivery

Very fast and efficient order process & delivery. Good CK item at a good sale price. Never had any issues with Debenhams, so not sure where the low rating derives from.

Ordered a bedroom furniture 4 piece set…

Ordered a bedroom furniture 4 piece set with delivery by 1 July 25. They sent two bedside tables by Evri, chest of 5 dr by DHL. Both packages arrived as promised with tracking email etc. The wardrobe is supposedly getting delivered by bulk post but they don’t know when or by who! Emailed, messenger and all I can get is it’s running a little late and try again tomorrow. If you’ve got no life and are able to stay in all day every day waiting for an unknown delivery to turn up this will be perfect for you.

Look.... it's shocking but true... I can't help browsing Debenhams when looking for a new outfit.

I've just bought a lovely summer ensemble to wear to the County Agricultural Show.

You were actually really bad and I…

You were actually really bad and I would not use you again.
I got free delivery for a spend over £50.
THEN - You snuck in a handling or made up charge for my order £6
It left me angry and disappointed.
