I was incredibly impressed by the quality of furniture at a reasonable price in the Bommel store. I would also like to note the very pleasant and warm attitude of the consultants, for which I thank them very much. They helped a lot with choosing the right items in your store. Overall, I had a pleasant shopping experience at the Bommel store!

I love the quality of their products, and the best is that it was a great experience buying from them. From visiting the store to the moment I received the furniture, every person I interacted with gave me an excellent service! I liked it so much that I recently bought the couch and another beautiful piece of furniture for my living room!

It took weeks to deliver a bookcase that was in stock at the warehouse, and when it was delivered it was clearly poorly made. The bookcase was crooked, had paint chips, and other faults. I contacted customer service to arrange a refund and had to follow up with them several times. It then took weeks for them to collect the faulty bookcase. The products are definitely not worth the money, and the customer service is a nightmare.

I ordered dinning chairs and screws were missing for one chair , after i made call and send mail got wrong screws after 4 days . Not at all happy with service.
I can't trust now. How can i order big furniture if they can't deliver even a chair. properly.

Extremely satisfied! The saleswoman spoke perfect English, made us feel welcome and had the patience to show every item in the store that could interest us. The products all seems high quality, but our new sofa in special is very comfortable, beautiful and affordable. The buying process was very smooth and the waiting for it was totally worth it! The delivery guys did an excellent job putting it together fast and removing any resulting plastic or paper, leaving nothing behind but my new isle of relaxation and satisfaction. I am very pleased to have chosen De Bommel. Even my neighbors commented on it too, they said it is know as a reliable store around here, but I wouldn't know it before, because I am an expat. Thank you so much for the incredible treatment received by all employees! I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and co-workers.

My sofa was suppose to arrive in February and when I called about the delivery date , I was told it will be delivered in April . That was very upsetting as I specially ordered a color as I was told will be delivered in February. We received our sofa in April and didn’t even get any discount on it for all the inconvenience but a voucher of Eur 150

I bought a bank and two arm chairs from De Bommel at Bijlmer. The staff was very friendly and supportive and helped me make a very good purchase. I received the order at due date, one of the arm chairs had a stain, it was taken back and replaced easily. My interactions on calls and emails were helpful and very responsive. I love the new addition to my furniture, highly recommend!

We bought a dining table and are very happy with our choice. We got a lot of advice in the shop that helped us fine tune our decision so that rather than being overwhelmed we walked out more knowledgeable than we walked in. The delivery time was also a bit earlier than expected which was only in our favor.

Today Peter and Alex came along with our table and installed it and set it up. They gave us tons of advice on cleaning and maintaining the table so as to keep the dining table beautiful. They even went out of their way with some extras like taking a look at a mark on our kitchen bar and advising us how to get rid of it and they put some felt at the bottom of our dining table chairs when they saw me scraping them along the floor. Thank you Peter and Alex - your service and good humor was exceptional (and just so you know, giving reviews is my department!).

Peter and Alex were swift and friendly. They set everything up perfectly, and even leveled the furniture as our floors are giving in a bit. They explained everything very well!

After more than 3 months waiting for our bank, it arrived broken.
One week later we have not received a solution from the store.
Not a phone call or any other contact.
Where is the quality service promised?

I received the rug different from what I bought and now they mention that the rug is nor more available. I have not been receiving any response on my emails to them

Got a faulty dining table and couch, and have been chasing the customer service for the last 1 month now to get this replaced. The customer service has never picked up my call, and I have been chasing them over a mail, but have got no visibility on when they are going to fix the problem. They apparently have no technician available for the next couple of weeks (which is highly doubtful), and they have been absolutely unhelpful on solving this issue. Would recommend dealing with caution with De Bommel.
