I’ve again had a worse experience with…
I’ve again had a worse experience with debt busters,
5 months ago I complained about not been assisted, my emails are being ignore , I submitted a case about 5 weeks ago notifying them that I will be settling some of my accounts which I did ,I sent POPs after settling 2 accounts one was removed from payments distribution , the other one I was told to wait 15 days to get feedback which I waited , no response I submitted another case which was assigned to this guy Named Mfuneko Mnyani (unresponsive guy) he told me to give him 5 to 7 workings days to get feedback , no response till today, I called so many times and. I was told he would get back to me till this day I am still waiting, my worry is this week they’ll want to debit and distribute money to the account that I have already paid up, I communicated prior to any action but still it didn’t make any difference, I am fed up by their services.
I need to feedback before payment distributions,
This is ridiculous.
