its not normal to give positive reviews regarding debt recovery companies but the person i dealt with was both super professional and amazingly helpful in how they dealt with the issue and myself (on a human level). they showed strong empathy and understood my view point.

I’d like to express my sincere appreciation to all the staff at DRP. Throughout my experience, they have clearly put their customers’ best interests first, and during what has been a difficult time for me, they have been incredibly supportive and understanding.
It’s not something you always expect from a debt recovery company, which makes their approach all the more commendable. I have a great deal of respect for the team and management for providing such a high level of care and service to people in situations like mine.
Many thanks to you all—your professionalism and compassion have not gone unnoticed.

Obviously it's not nice paying a fine. But Tyler was very polite, friendly and understanding.

Private Parking Solutions (London) Ltd have handled this matter in an extremely unfair and unreasonable way.
I never received the original Parking Charge Notice and only became aware of the issue after being contacted by a debt recovery agency. This meant I was completely denied the opportunity to either pay the discounted amount or submit an appeal within the required timeframe.
Despite clearly explaining this, the company refused to reset the case or offer any form of appeal. Instead, they relied on a generic claim that the notice was “presumed delivered” and refused to provide any proper proof of postage, while continuing to pursue an inflated charge through a third-party debt collector.
Even more concerning, they have refused to engage with the dispute directly and insist that I deal only with their debt recovery agent — effectively avoiding accountability altogether.
This is not a fair or transparent process. Penalising someone for a notice they never received, then denying any opportunity to resolve it properly, raises serious concerns about their practices.
I made genuine efforts to resolve this reasonably, but those efforts were ignored.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company.

Very friendly very helpful

I was quite angry with my parking fine as it from my local Vets . I know I should put my details in the parking tablet at reception but must have forgotten. Fare play my mistake. The trouble is I thought you were a scam as my bank refused to pay it . I hadnt received any emails or letters from you so presumed it was a scam. When i spoke to Catherine she explained to me that i had not updated my Van log book and all correspondents had gone to my old address. Oops forgot that ? Catherine was very kind and we ended having a bit of a laugh .

Juned Miah was the employee I spoke to . He was supportive and empathetic and really listened to the issue I had with the debt reference. He took all the evidence I sent him into account and offered a fare and thoughtful response and resolution to my case. He kept in communication with me, calling back when he said he would and updated me if he was unable to call that day. All of his energy and efforts meant what was an extremely stressful situation became one that I could feel more in control of and the closure and resolve of the case and been a massive

I had a complaint about a parking fine to which I was not liable. When I called to discuss the complaint I spoke with Karen Maddock who listened to me and then reacted which gave me great confidence in her and her ability to resolve my complaint. After I provided more evidence to Karen by email she has resolved the issue.
