No Customer service.
Worked out on our contract that we should be finished with our debt review. Called the call center. The agent was very confused and did not make sense. She also advised me she cant tell me when the Debt review expires. When asking for account statement she advised me she cant send it as the last time it was update was last year August. So how am I paying every month and they dont know how much we still owe??? After service does not exist. Emailed 3 times. No reply from their Whatsapp number and its been 6 hours. Am i being scammed?
