Hi Jensen, Apologies you feel this way. We sent out several other juices for you to try. All our flavours are quality tested and come in to no contact with soap. We then replaced these for you again with a variety of other flavours to try. As far as the mod being scratched, when we send out our hardware they are sealed from manufacturer and have plastic film on them to remove once opened. If for any reason the mod was cracked or scratched this would have been noticed when you opened the package. It was delivered to you on the 27th of July. We would have happily replaced the mod if informed straight away or once you opened the mod. I understand you are not happy with our juice and we have tried everything for you to try and find a flavour that you like. However with the hardware we need to be made aware of damage straight away as once film taken off we can't be responsible for any damage caused unless faulty.

Hi Jensen, we understand you are unhappy and given a bad review. However we will not change the way we deal with a complaint with the threat of a bad review.

We have replaced the free juice you said tasted of soap with another 4 short fills free of charge for you. As far as the hardware being scratched this comes directly from manufacturer sealed. If it was cracked or scratched after removing film we could have helped if informed as soon as possible. However it seems to have been used to taste the our juice and therefore unless the hardware is faulty we will not be replacing for scratches, which can happed in day to day use once plastic film removed.

Hi Kenzie,

As per my email your order was sent the following day via first class royal mail. I will check the tracking details our end. An email would have been sent from us and royal mail so please check your spam. I appreciate you are upset your order has not arrived. However we would really appreciate an email or phone call if order does not arrive so we have the chance to track it and if for some reason has got lost arrange a replacement. We pride ourselves on our customer service, we are a small business who do our utmost to get orders despatched as quickly as possible, normally same day or next day.

Hi Liam, I apologise you have not received your order. We sent your order out on the 25th of May via first class post. As you have yet to receive this we can get this sent out next day for you recorded delivery as it may have been lost or delayed in the post. If you can confirm you still wish to go ahead with the order I can get this actioned asap for you.
