Not reachable by phone or chat. German number deactivated, Spanish number says opening hours but still no one ever picks up. Email very slow and no useful answers

Order 953903 was placed on 12 December. The promised delivery date has passed and the order has not been shipped.

I emailed Decántalo on 18, 20, 22, and 23 December to cancel and request a refund. Not a single reply.

Only automated delay emails.
Ignoring cancellation requests for an unshipped order is unacceptable. I am now documenting this for a Visa chargeback.

Very poor service and comminucation.

My order was placed on Nov 30th and I selected the premium shipment to make sure that my order would arrive way in time for my Dinner on 13th December. The expected arrival dat was December 9. I received a message that my shipment would be delayed because of the many orders they received. They offered to cancel / adjust my order if needed , because it was unlikely that the order would be in by 13th Dec. So I asked to remove the bottles for my Dinner while keeping some other bottles for cellaring and change the shipment method because there was no need for the bottles to arrive in time. The waiting time between messages was terribly long and hence, in the middle of the conversation, I receieved a message that my bottles had been dispatched.
I received all bottles through the premium shipment on Dec 15th (so after the dinner). I asked how to return the bottles that I initially indicated to be cancelled, but I have not heard from Decantelo since! They keep op ghosting me, and now I am stuck with a bunch of bottles that we don't need...

I love your wine and service! But the delivery experience is horrible especially this time! I trust your wine selection, but the delivery will stop ordering.

Great selection of wines, including a few hard to find reds from Spain, so a good source. Prices competitive and range on offer is excellent. Clear communication once ordered and well packaged wines ensured safe delivery, which was also on time and carefully completed by their courier.

Same BS as Vivino. Accepting orders, promising delivery date (far in the future by the way) and then send you an update a few days later that they can't say when they're gonna ship because of Black Friday. Like, buddy, that's not even a thing here, you had a few wines for like 10% off, don't tell me you basically sold out overnight and now can't keep up because of some American marketing trick.
They offered me to cancel my order. By mail... Hopefully they'll be faster in processing that than their shipping.

Having tasted a lovely red wine in Estapona I treied to find it in the UK without success. A search on the internet found Decantalo who stock/source the very wine that I wanted, ordering and shipping was easy, it took about a week to deliver and I have just ordered more for Christmas. They have a great range of wines and the prices displayed include import duties so you know what to expect, shipping is free on orders over £150.

After 4 weeks I still don’t have my wine.
It appears that Decantalo and DPD can’t talk to each other to resolve the delivery
problem

21 day delivery. Too long.

Paid for 6 bottles of wine that I didn't recieve.
I also tried various times getting in touch with them, customer service zero of course.
Basically a SCAM!
Stay away from them

Quick order o li e good selection of Spanish wine unfortunately the whole experience with decantalo was quite bad due to the delivery time it took them 10 days to deliver in Spain from their local storage
