Excellent Service and Expert Cycling Support
I had a really great experience here. The staff were genuinely helpful and friendly, and you can tell they really know their stuff. They took the time to guide me properly without any pressure, which made everything feel relaxed and easy.
I also used the cycling workshop and was really impressed—quick, professional, and reliable service.
It’s also reassuring knowing their products come with a two-year guarantee. I’d definitely come back and happily recommend them to others.

Great shop and staff
Great shop and staff. The only problem is the angry looking security guard by the exit door, something which would have been noticed by many people over the years. Otherwise great shopping experience.

Checked on line if Decathlon had the part I wanted in store, which they did. Within 5 minutes, I walked into the store, found the part, paid for it and walked out.
Brilliant.
The only issue was the part itself could have been made better so it was a tighter fit around the rotor nut.
