I cannot make any communication with your customer service, it seems. There is nowhere in your options to ask for a refund for a non-delivery. Please ask someone to email me so I might have some point of contact.
My second review about Decathlon. They have not done anything about my first one, except to say they will look into the problem. I wuld not advise buying from this company in case there is any problem whatsoever - their customer service is non-edistant.

Great product, had loads of use from it. Easy to use click and collect from store works really well for me. Because of the late opening I can go and fetch my shopping at the store after my long day and avoid the traffic and parking issues. Very helpful staff at Decathlon Sheffield.

Great all round retailer
I've used Decathlon for many years now, and it is among my most trusted retailers; I bought my Triban 500 back in 2021 (Winter training bike/all rounder/gravel bike, and have bought all sorts of bits and pieces over the years too, spanning aero-bars to running stuff. The own brand tackle is typically really good value and surprisingly good!
