The cushion cover I ordered stated "embroidered" for £40 I expected just that. Instead I recieved a cushion cover with a motif stitched on. Their telephone number DOESNT work, their chat system is a joke !!! And they don't answer email's. I cannot judge other items for sale but this cushion cover was mass produced in China and is substandard for the price paid

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a light from Decked Deco in April, by the end of May there was no sign and I was chasing its whereabouts. Sacha emailed to say it was on the way. By June, following loads of back and forth emails, she admitted that Royal Mail had lost it. But wouldn't send another or give me a refund. I had paid on Amex, so opened a dispute with them, she then lied to Amex and told them that I had received the light. She's spiteful and fraudulent and I am still awaiting my money back. I would avoid, literally at all costs.

Cushion covers look good but will decide on arrival.

This is a lovely, large soft blanket for the price! I bought it to add texture to my bed as a decorative piece. It’s perfect. It is almost fine crochet so not sure how warm it would be but it looks nice. I am very pleased with it.

Arrived early and securely and safely packed. The torches are good quality and, when burning with citronella oil, not only look spectacular but definitely deter the dreaded mosquitoes. An e-mail from the CEO thanking me for purchasing the product was much appreciated. I look forward to many mosquito-free evenings. Thank you.

Product labelled to wrong address, was told to go to the house of delivery and ask for my parcel.
Still haven’t received order and no communication from the company to keep me updated on when second shipment will arrive.
It seems as soon as they get your money they are not really bothered about you or you’re issue. Terrible company AVOID!!!!!

This is a very honest and true review. I cannot anticipate how helpful and supportive the CEO of Decked Deco Ltd Sacha Tunks have been throughout my whole shopping process. She kept me updated with everything. I felt special as a customer and very connected with my shopping experience.
I did return couple of the items back. When I was returning my items via Hermes courier I experienced a tragic incident with Hermes.
However the support I received from Sacha through this devastating time, it was amazing. I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you so much. I truly appreciate your support and service. You truly deserve the 5 star ratings ⭐️

The only thing that I would say is for the company to send return labels so we don’t have to go through problems like this in the future.

I still haven’t received my parcel after roughly a month.. plus I wasn’t notified for days after the purchase and I also wasn’t told that It would take so long at checkout before it would arrive.
Very disappointed

Excellent customer experience which far exceeded my expectations, particularly for such a small business. My experience of this company is, not only do they provide quality products, but proactively seeks to understand how the customer experience could be improved. They were so helpful, very accommodating that I would compare the service afforded me to the service expected from larger, reputable organisations such as John Lewis. I would highly recommend using this company.
