I bought 3 candles and a chunky knit throw. All of the products are amazing, the candles smell beautiful and the throw is so soft. I’ve ordered the extra large throw for my bedroom, I’m just waiting on it. Delivery was quick and I was kept informed when my ordered was dispatched. I would recommend this company and I will buy from them again.

Quality did not live up to the price
Delivery was extensive. Items not quite what I was expecting for the high price I paid. Blanket was extremely thin, expected thicker for the price. Gold ornament a little tack in colour, looked slightly cheap and not as luxurious as I'd hoped. Did not like the packaging for the ornament, encased in polystyrene and sellotaped about a million times over. Had to use a knife to open as no other way to open, this could have damaged the ornament. I think even a small child could have done a better job of packaging the ornament. The items were okay but should be a lot cheaper for the quality. Not very good value for money!
A real shame as the website does sell some beautiful pieces.

When my pictures arrived
When my pictures arrived. They were rolled up in a tube. I was disappointed as they did not match the description of what I paid for. I waited 4 weeks for delivery and need to find frame's for three small pictures.

We hope you are happy with the product itself . In order for us to ensure the wall art arrives without creases it is safest to roll it and protect it in a strong, rigid plastic tube. We supply our canvas wall art unframed so you can choose the perfect one for your space. This is written in the description of the item . You will have had to select which size and design you would like before adding it to the cart and each of these are also listed with "No Frame". However, we take our customers feedback very seriously and so if there is something else we can do to make it clearer, then please do let us know and we will be sure to address this immediately. With regards to the delays, sadly that is out of our control given the current pandemic and the new Brexit border procedures. Lightyears Ahead Of Competitors On All Fronts!!!
What can I say about Decked Deco, what a company; what phenomenal customer service; and to top it off what truly exceptional products.
Firstly their website and marketing is second to none! The products and the way they are presented is beautiful, intuitive, and unfortunately for my wallet... make you want to buy everything.
My first order has been dealt with quickly and efficiently. After placing the order I had a couple of questions that needing answering, and I was shocked and pleasantly surprised to receive an email back from the CEO of the company... talk about customer service!
The order arrived swiftly and if anything the products looked even better in person. Overall my experience has far surpassed my expectations. I could not rate this company highly enough and having previously had a number of negative experiences with other similar... there truly is no comparison.

Luxury goods you can't find in the shops!
I have purchased a few items from Decked Deco now and have been happy with all of them! What I especially like is the quality, the designs and the fact that these aren't sold elsewhere, I feel like I'm getting a more exclusive product.
