This is the second time we have used Deen Builders, this time for external work. Same excellent service and superb result.
Paul Deen gave some great suggestions based on our plans. We were kept well informed on start dates and progress. The team were great, worked around our toddlers routine, cleaned up each day and completed our patio, fence and all exterior painting in just 2 weeks. Finish and standard of work are superb.

Deen Builders carried out an entire renovation of my house. Despite being nervous about complications and overruns, I couldn’t have been happier with how they performed. They worked very diligently according to the schedule. They were transparent about any issues that arose and were proactive about providing solutions. They were very responsive to extra requests we made. And most importantly they stuck to the budget we had agreed. So I can thoroughly recommend them.

Deen Builders were a personal recommendation from a neighbor. We have used the company to do two different building jobs in the last year, a loft conversion refurbishment and a garage refurbishment. I would not hesitate to use them again. Paul and his team recently completed a large scale refurbishment of a town house we purchased in Wimbledon. It was an eight month project, and involved everything from rewiring and replumbing to replacing four bathrooms and adding an orangery. In essence we replaced old for new in the whole of the interior of the house. We could not have been more delighted with the outcome. The quality of the work was outstanding, as was the professionalism of every member of Paul's team. Not only were they very skilled craftsmen, but were friendly and helpful and always willing to listen to any concerns we had. The fact that a project of this size was completed on time was testament to the good planning and hard work of all the team. We would recommend Deen builders without reservation.

Professional, skilled and reliable are the key qualities of Deen Builders - a family-run company which recently (May 2018) completed some work at my Edwardian terraced house in South London. A clever design and great finish were produced by Paul and his team when they created, supplied and fitted a new under-stairs WC and cloakroom cupboards. My expectations were more than met - in fact, these were easily exceeded. A wide variety of skills and tradesmen were required for the job and Paul co-ordinated these extremely well. Communication was good on-site - the men were polite, considerate and knowledgable and Paul was easy to reach by email. Any minor hiccups were quickly resolved. An accurate and realistic forecast of the length and scale of the project was given before work started. This flowed continuously whether on or off site in the workroom and DB had a set of my house keys. The office team was also quick and responsive. Will definitely recommend Deen Builders. From start to finish Paul kept me informed about progress and installation dates. Drawings received and agreed before any works started which is a big plus, as you can visualise to scale what the finished item will look like and gives you time to make changes if required.

Deen builders come highly recommended both for their ability to deliver a high end product as well as a great team of trades people. All of whom are highly skilled and knowledgeable. They are also (according to my neighbours) very polite and always have a smile.

I have used Deen Builders for over 12 years. Initially I wanted to convert my 1 bedroom flat into a two bed property. Two Architects came and provided impractical proposals, but I thought that was all that could be done. I contacted Deen builders, based on a friend's recommendation, to quote for the work and mentioned my reservations about the Architects' suggestions. Paul Deen reviewed the plans and came back with a completely revised layout which has transformed my place. I loved it! I have used Deen Builders ever since . I appreciate their honesty, experience and practical approach to the work. They have also done smaller jobs for me, building cupboards, decorating etc. I would have no hesitation in recommending Paul and the team. I have complete trust in them. When you find a good builder/ electrician etc it's worth holding on to them. I have referred friends to Deen builders over the last 10 or so years and they have used and continue to use them too.

Deen Builders provide work that has been completed to a high spec by a trustworthy and skilled workforce. Paul Deen and his team have done work for me for over 10 years. This has included a new kitchen, knocking through from the lounge to the kitchen, a new front garden wall and paving and built in wardrobes. I am always excited to see the work completed and have never been disappointed.
What I really like about Paul is that he is happy to discuss your ideas and give you options to think about. With all his experience he will advise if he thinks something will not work whilst still making sure you get what you want – great for someone like me who only thinks about the final aesthetic and not the detail you need to think of beforehand to get there. He is also very patient which I love as I can be a bit indecisive.
When people admire work that Paul and his team have done and ask who did it that in itself is a great recommendation and I can without any hesitation 100% recommend Deen Builders.

I’ve had various jobs done by Deen Builders over a number of years - damp proofing, new bathroom, roofing, window repairs, decorating etc. I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone else. They are trustworthy, responsive, professional and do great work. I love that they are happy doing small jobs and larger jobs - and have even come round at very short notice to help with emergencies. I’m considering a major renovation next year and wouldn’t speak to anyone else.

Deen builders have been our builders of choice for over 25 years on both residential and commercial projects. Their staff are excellent craftsmen and tradesmen, the boss can and will correct errors in architects design calculations and we can leave them the keys to any property and know it and it's contents will be safe and secure.

We have worked with Deen Builders for 2 years on a variety of projects and have no hesitation recommending them. They have a strong team of skilled workmen who are just a pleasure to have in the house. They are reliable, punctual and tidy workers and every project has been started and completed on time. I would not consider using anyone else.

Paul and his team tick all the boxes - they are responsive, courteous, and honest. The quality of their finish is first class and you are left in no doubt that you get what you pay for. Their follow up is also the best I have experienced and without question they just sort it out. The reconstruction of the rear of our house was a significant project which they executed on time and in budget. I am never one to recommend, as building projects are significant personal and financial investments so you have only downside in making such recommendations, but in this case Paul and his team I feel comfortable making such a recommendation.

Deen Builders have been our builders for over 20 years . Firstly on our family home in Wimbledon, then our next house on Kingston Hill which was a complete renovation & refurbishment. We have recently moved to our final home on Richmond Hill which was a total renovation & refurbishment of a Grade I property. I am NEVER moving again but if I were to Deen Builders would be our choice. We recommend this company to our family and friends.
