I have bought from DeepBlue several times. Each time the process and delivery times have been good, however each time I have not received at least one item that was described as available. The online administrators need to keep a much better track of what is and isn't in stock to avoid constant disappointment. I am unlikely to use this company again.

Delivery was a bit slow and it wasnt until I phoned the company as an item was missing that they told me it was out of stock. Would of appreciated a call or e-mail at least, just waiting on a refund on my card.

I came across the site via Twitter, I checked it out on there daily deals page and purchased a product, it was very good value.
I was able to pay using PayPal which was really good, and of coarse the usual options were available also, so was flexable and safe. I recieved email once dispatched and a package tracking number.
Overall it was a very good service, and I will us again.

First time buyer and I'm very happy with almost everything. The only downside is that one of the things i ordered wasnt included in the package, but I wasnt billed for it either. Not a crisis, but a message would be nice if they were sould out etc.

Serviced me well when I had an issue with my gloves being 5p less than the limit for free delivery. Emailed them and they responded within the hour. Only slight niggle was that I had to phone them 3 times to speak to the one guy that was able to take my order - otherwise smooth and easy.

The service of Deep Blue was good, rang up and asked about stock and found out straight away. my only reservation was with a small problem with the delivery address but that was more down to the delivery company than anyone else but no major problem

I ordered a T-shirt which arrived days later, I couldnt believe how good the quality of the clothing was, one extremely happy fight fan.

Very happy with the items i ordered, the sizes are good unlike other sites ive ordered from and the delivery was within a couple of days which is good seen as am in the Rep. of Ireland.
