Recently purchased a few fighters only branded t-shirts hoody and shorts they are a reasonable price for a up and coming brand they feel good quality and are a good fit

I bought the Bad Boy half zip top through one of the daily deals on offer. An excellent top at an exceptional price. Whilst at the checkout other deals were offered to me, one of which was a fighters only shaker, which I purchased. Deep Blue dispatched the item the same day and the parcel was with me very quickly. Overall it was a very pleasurable transaction.

I purchased 3 items (badboy rash, fight shorts, and venum vest), only one arrived (badboy rash) with note saying the others had sold out. I only brought the rashgurard to make the total order over £40 and receive free postage... If would have known the shorts, and vest where sold out I would have changed my order... I was a little disappointed I didn't receive better correspondence, and given the choice to change or cancel order. Although I did receive free postage on the top so can't cry too much...

I rang these guys before ordering some little BodyMax 1.25kg rubber Olympic weights. The guy on the phone was great and double checked the stock for me. Other places sell them in groups of 8 which is pointless as you'd just buy 4 x 2.5kgs for dumbbells. But these guys sold them as singles so I created an account and bought them.

Seems many fitness companies have issues with accurate online stock availability. And I saw, from the feedback here, that some had complained also. It's just one of those things. So best ring before you order just to avoid disappointment.

Plenty of decent emails notifications including one saying the items had been sent along with tracking info for DPD.

DPD are decent and the tracking give me an estimated time which is great for not having to hang around all day.

Arrived in perfect order in under 24 hours from purchase. Can't do better than that and from now on (after ringing first to confirm stock) I will be using these guys.

I have had mix-ups with orders before - all of which have been dealt with rather quickly, but they shouldn't happen in the first place really.

In the past it has been incorrect items, but the most recent one being order amendments after I have confirmed the booking (and without my consent), whereby items were removed from my order as the website stock info was not up to date. I have friends that use Deep Blue who have had similar issues recently, so they don't seem to be learning from these mistakes.

used deepblue twice and been very satisfied both times. i particulary like the daily deals find myself checking the site every day for a bargain. i wasn't actually planning on my last order until i saw the daily deal. would def recommend this site

In fairness i have dealt with the company on several occasions before and always found them reliable, but 2 weeks ago i made an order for £75 which it took out of my account twice and still didnt create an order, after a week waiting for my money to be refunded i tried to reorder and was told i had to make it in 2 orders because you cant order supplements and fightwear/equipment together so the fightwear went through ok, although they charged me full price for an item which was on a daily deal, the supplement order wouldnt go through but yet again the money went out of my account,and yes i waited a full week for the refund again, i've had proof from my bank that they were authorised so i think its more of a problem with there financial dept, so all my trust has gone and refuse to use them again, massive shame.
