The chart-loading delays, feed connection issues, and platform responsiveness you experienced are not global issues affecting DeepCharts users. In cases like these, the root cause is typically related to a combination of network conditions, data-feed routing, local system configuration, or resource allocation, which can vary significantly from one environment to another.

To help identify these situations more quickly, we've recently introduced a dedicated diagnostic tool within the latest version of DeepCharts. Working together with our support team, traders can run a full diagnostic report that analyzes network health, connection quality to the data-feed servers, gateway performance based on geographic location, system resource usage, and other factors that may impact platform performance.

The goal is not only to identify the source of an issue, but to provide a clear path toward resolving it and ensuring the platform runs as intended.

We also appreciate your feedback regarding the Mac installation process. While some configurations may require additional setup depending on the environment, we're continuously working to simplify onboarding and improve the overall user experience.

Amazing Software and Team to back it.

Okay, I was a little hesitant that there was no monthly option yet. But, I went with quarterly to give it 3 months. Hands down, incredible software. It is so customizable, it's easy to use, and the tools they have to help you see the big picture of what is going on within the candlesticks is amazing. It has 1000% given me a better edge than what I had on TradingView. Canceled Bookmap as well and bought the lifetime addon for DeepDom.

I feel like the drawing tools could be a little better like TradingView, Session highs and lows extending with price until hit is something I also miss about Tradingview. But, the pros significantly outweigh the cons by miles and miles.

I will update with what my experience with DeepDom has been compared to Bookmap once I've got a little more screen time with it but so far I'm digging it!

As if the software was not already enough bang for the buck. They have a pretty extensive video library of how-to just about anything in their software, but also learning and understanding order flow from top dogs in the space. Truly, the knowledge learned in there is worth the cost and by the end of them, you'll know every tool and how to customize it to your liking, and a good idea of what you're doing trading.

Lastly, Deepcharts customer service team is second to none with ANY of the platforms I've dealt with. They are super fast to respond literally any time, they are knowledgeable to help resolve any questions quickly, and they are taking suggestions and implementing them from users like myself!

They are a young platform but dang give these guys a year or two and I think any issues or downside comparisons people have will be eradicated. Buy the software, give them a chance, give them feedback for improvements... you literally can't go wrong!

Issue Fully Resolved by Management

Update : Following my previous review, the DeepCharts Support Manager contacted me directly. They thoroughly investigated the system error, identified a billing mismatch with the Rithmic feed, and manually fixed the configuration.

The platform and charts are now working perfectly in real-time. Additionally, management compensated me with an extra month of free platform access for the inconvenience.

I highly appreciate the prompt, professional escalation and responsibility taken to resolve this. Great customer recovery

I would describe Deepchart as a beauty

I would describe Deepchart as a beauty.
My needs :
Multi independent windows
12 hr timeframe
Easy drawing tool
Independent RR set up for different order I place
These are the basic needs which Deepcharts offers but feels exclusive because 12hr tf is quite hard to get besides Trading view & Ninja but Ninja stopped caring about feedback and trading view has alot of junk info and unnecessary spaces we can't get rid of.

So I'd say Deepcharts is the tinder for traders.
And the customer support response time is real quick!

I have had brilliant customer support…

I have had brilliant customer support from the deep charts team over the last few weeks too many names to mention but all the support team have been brilliant. But today I got stuck on setting up the correct settings on deepdom and Saleha spent an hour making sure it was done correctly and that I was happy.

well how should i start

well how should i start, i subscribed with deep charts and had connection problem . at the end i came to know that the problem was from my side in puting the wrong credentials resulting in, not being able to use deepcharts and deepdom , but during this time the support team was so supportive , cooperative and guided me so well that i would recommend every trader to use deepcharts and deepdom for their trading as you people will have support of the best support team , platform and traders. they know what they are doing and they are the champions , hats off ! great experience , great platform , i got to know all this because i was in trouble , every body is good in good times , they were best in my hard moment.
