I texted this morning when our boiler stopped working. Stuart came round within four hours. He found the strange fault of a dead wasp in the workings of the boiler, checked that the condensate waste pipe was clear, and restarted the boiler. He refused a fee. That’s what I call service!

Very efficient. Couldn't be more helpful. Went out of way to help and restore my hot water.

I have been dealing with Deeping Gas for the past three years. I had a number of issues with my heating system and I cannot fault their workmanship at all. All problems were resolved quickly and efficiently.

Got a new hot water tank fitted in my attic. Great job done by Jake, very polite and professional throughout the installation. Would definitely use Deeping Gas and Electric Services again.

I called Stuart at Deeping G&E Services this morning when our Worcester boiler, which had been playing-up intermittently for a few weeks, failed to fire-up at all. He was here within a couple of hours and identified the problem in a matter of minutes. He installed a new set of flame electrodes and carried out a thorough service making any necessary adjustments. Certainly a lot more thorough than any previous service we've had done!

Overall I felt Stuart really knew his stuff and was very happy with the service we received. Great to find someone reliable locally as well.

Stuart, with his team of Jake and Brent planned, organised, then stripped out the old, and fitted a completely new bathroom. Our carpets in the rest of the house were protected throughout the period by fitted covers. The work was completed to a very high standard, and within budget, and the whole team were both friendly and professional throughout. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Deeping Gas and Electrical Services do a great job of servicing our gas boiler each year so were our first choice to replace our broken kitchen mixer tap and they did a good job as usual at a resonable price . I can defintely recommend them. 5 stars.

My old bolier went wrong on Christmas Eve. Stuart was very helpful on the phone but unfortunately without success. However he supplied and fitted a new boiler just after New Year but hadn't got the room thermostat needed. He showed me how to use the old thermostat in the meantime and then came with the new one. he couldn't reach my flat as the road wwas being resurfaced! He's just popped in with it as he was passing and now all is sorted.
I used Deeping Gas for several years for annual checks and repairs etc and they are always efficient, friendly and very helpful.

We had deeping gas and electrical install a new gas boiler and remove the old oil boiler and install a new sealed hot water tank back in November 2024. Nothing was too much for the engineers and they accommodated all of our needs. They were clean working, efficient very competitively priced. Post install we had a slight problem with a pump that they hadn't worked on or installed. Stuart was round the next day (a Saturday) to complete a temporary fix while he awaited some parts. By the next week our system was fully up and running with no additional costs and the system has run perfectly since. I will definitely have deeping gas and electrical back to quote for an upcoming bathroom remodel.

I was given Deeping Gas and Electrical services number as they came highly recommended by friends locally. I am so pleased we contacted Stuart as he and his team sorted a new boiler for mum within a matter of days.

Had the need for a shower to be replaced due to a leak that had started and due to the nature of the issue, Stuart managed to re-arrange appointments and get new new replacement shower fitted within a few days.

Due to the condition of the silicone from the leak, this was also repaired and now looks showroom condition.

The service we received from Jake and Stuart has simply been awesome and very personable and professional. I do not doubt their knowledge at all and would trust them to carry out any work needed to my property.

Stuart recently serviced my late mother's boiler and carried out a repair as soon as possible as we needed this done quickly for a house sale. He was also happy to provide extra documentation needed by the solicitors. Very reasonable prices and would happily recommend him.

Contacted Deeping Gas and Electrical Services for a quote for a replacement boiler and was happy with the response and price from Stuart.
Jake did a good job fitting the new boiler and left the property as he found it. Overall everything went smoothly and would recommend this company to family and friends

Brilliant service, and extremely good price, highly recommended.

I had Deeping Gas and Electrical replace my old back boiler located behind my fire place for a new combi located in the loft. Their inspection was very comprehensive and were happy to discuss options with me. The quote was competitively priced and the works were performed exactly as agreed without any problems. Communication was great, the guys were really friendly turned up on time and even stayed late to get the job done according to the schedule. Overall I was very happy.
