It took a lot of weeks to receive a confirmation that the company had the item I returned. I sent several emails and I received an automatic answer with no information. When I finally received my money back, I got an email from a employee answering my previous emails. They until that moment to answer. Terrible experience.

DefShop is my favorite streetwear webshop for many years now. The variety of items available is extensive. For people who live in the Netherlands like myself, the delivery time might be slightly longer than we used to when ordering clothing here in the Netherlands. It is still fast enough in my opinion. Support is also in english in case you do not speak German. It is the best street wear webshop in Europe in my humble opinion.

This company is a blatant scam! They will rob you blind—beware!

All the so-called 'positive' reviews are fake, written by the company using bogus emails and accounts. Their massive marketing budget only hides the fraud at their core.

Here’s what really happens: they send you the wrong sizes deliberately. When you try to return the items, they go completely silent. They block your number, blacklist your emails, and vanish without a trace.

This is nothing short of organized fraud. Do NOT order from them unless you want to be ripped off and ghosted!

I returned an item to this shop over 30 days ago, and I am still waiting for my refund. It is SCAM!!!

I placed an order on September 30. Since I do not have a personal account, on the site of this store, I made an order as a "guest". Of course, the money for the order was withdrawn from my card immediately. But I didn't receive any mail about confirmation of my order or its status.
I had to contact customer service to find out the track number of my order. I received my order only on October 8. So the delivery in Germany took a week, instead of the promised 2-4 days!
I finally received my order, but not in the color I ordered! Thankfully the pants are at least the right size. I won't be making a return, just because I don't want to contact this store again.

Very good quality

I ordered from the Czech Republic. On the Czech version of their website, they wrote that I should arrange the return shipping to my country myself and that the refund will be made after submitting the invoice. Unfortunately, they refuse to return the money for postage, but they deleted the information from the website after my warning (I have a printscreen). And what's more - I still haven't received the money for the returned goods and it's been more than a month since I sent the goods back. I will never buy anything from this e-shop again.

I returned an item that was too small on September 9th, now its October 2nd and I still did not receive my refund.

I already contacted customer support, that told me it can take like 2 weeks after receiving the return, to proceed it. This period has ended now, and I still did not receive my money, nor a promising answer.

Terrible return process, this is really not acceptable

Took them a Month to process my return. They ignore emails (I sent 3, non of them were ever answered). Had to raise a case at trusted shops in order to get my money back.
Never ever buying here again. Disorganized and unreliable.

I ordered in Defshop on 21/08/2024 (no. 1285783) and only one item arrived out of 10 items. However, the order is listed as complete in my account. I already wrote 2 e-mails and still no answer, no explanation, no money. So I'll try to see if they answer via Trustpilot rather than via their own customer service. It's a shame about the quality e-shop and the disastrous customer service.
Edit: I don't understand what happened because the goods were returned back to Defshop without reaching me. Maybe a traffic problem? Anyway, problem solved. Took a long time but thanks Defshop.

I shop quite often for sport clothing and I couldn’t be happier. Good quality, prompt delivery.

If you don't have to return your products you might be okay.

In my first experience with Defshop I ordered some products, waited 2 weeks and didn't get notified of any dispatch of the products. After contacting the company I asked about expected dispatch but there was no response. Raised a claim with PayPal and they responded to say they would not be able to delivery the products before I went away (2 weeks ahead of that date). They provided a full refund on the order.

After coming back from that trip I decided to try again seen as the products I wanted were not sold anywhere else. I created an order for 3 items and they were dispatched and delivered in a timely manner (great, thought I just had a bad experience before). I decided to return 2 and that’s where the problems started…

Defshop takes forever to reply to messages (speaking over WhatsApp) - the customer service is completely incompetent. There’s no tracking on return parcels on the customer side so you can’t see where the parcel is. Responses take 1 - 3 days for them to respond (if they do and don’t leave you on read). I had to ask them to confirm they received the product - they eventually said they did and would evaluate and refund accordingly (no response after). Chased up, they said they were looking into and would respond soon (no response after). Chased again 2 weeks after they had received it, they then ask me what products I returned to them (how do you not know?). I informed them of the products and again they left me on read - at this point I was tired and mentioned if I didn’t receive a refund I would escalate to Paypal for a claim. They then respond to say they’re passing this to accounting to process the refund - I receive an email detailing my refund but then no actual refund goes through on Paypal. I leave it for 7 working days because maybe the payment processing takes a while - again nothing on PayPal. I ask them again regarding refund and nothing knew comes back from them - at this point I’ve escalated the claim to PayPal to make a decision. I ordered 26th June, it's 30th August today and I'm still fighting for my refund.

Dreadful company to work with if you have to return anything. Avoid as much as possible.

After raising the claim through a PayPal a few days have gone by and PayPal have refunded me for the returned items. Funny enough, Defshop now decide to reply over WhatsApp to inform me that my refund has gone through.

Great shop, i get my nike air force 1 at a really good preice and received them at home just 2 days after ordering. Perfect!

Products arrived on time, quality is reliable and return is being processed super fast. There's no better hiphop shop!

From italy the order take like 4/5 day to come and that's very good.

My favourite fashion store, they have a nice shop in Alexa, Berlin. But better you order your clothes there first, not much choice.

They are excellent.
The clothes are great and everything arrives at the address very quickly. Discounts are sometimes crazy🤩🤫.I recommend shopping with them.
