Hitoshi Shinso (The Amazing Heroes VOL18) figurine

I bought the Hitoshi Shinso (The Amazing Heroes VOL18) figurine. He is very cool, just like the picture. However, he does not fit his stand. His feet have holes to go into the stand but when I put one foot in, the other foot doesn’t reach the other side to put it in. Overall the figure is very cool tho and I love it a lot, I have no other complaints apart from him not fitting the stand.

We're sorry to hear that there appears to be an issue with the item received. All figures are shipped in manufacturer sealed packaging and therefore any such issues are potential manufacturing defects.

In most cases where it is advised an item does not fit the base, we are able to resolve this by providing information via email to assist customers with the fitment issue experienced.

Where issues occur with any items received, we would recommend contacting our customer support team via the contact form on our website. They can then assist with either providing advice that may allow an issue with an item to be resolved, or if this is not possible, they will provide return information to allow an item to be returned for a refund or replacement.

We would kindly request in all cases that this process is followed, as we would prefer to help customers resolve any issues as opposed to responding to negative reviews (3 Stars or less according to Trustpilot guidelines) whereby no opportunity was provided to assist the customer.

I Love This Place

This place has been great, I'm super happy to have found this on the off-chance around last year and decided to give it a chance. All of my orders have been fulfilled and I'm waiting on another one in the next few weeks, I'm thrilled that if something does come up with an item they sent a list explaining it and a list of which items would be taking a little longer meaning people wouldn't be kept out of the loop. I can't wait to buy from her again in the upcoming months as this place is so good. If you want cheap goods this place keeps it consistent and regularly updated with new and sometimes old products.

Figure doesn't fit!!!!

When the figure arrived, none of the parts fit correctly, it was really a struggle to get the top and bottom half together, and the base would not go on at all. Would not purchase from here again unless its a mini

Great customer service!

I bought a Venti Nendoroid which unfortunately arrived very damaged. After contacting them they were very friendly and were quick to help! They let me have a replacement free of charge for the damage caused via delivery. Very fast & great customer service I will definitely be buying from them in the future!

Top UK store for niche products

Great communication, efficient and safe delivery and great products at a reasonable price from UK based seller, so no issues with import taxes duties. My daughter was made up with her Xmas presents.

Inanely disrespectful to the next level

Preordered a product. The estimated timeframe and then some more passed, and the stock run out. I've never got a notification. Elevated the matter to paypal to get my money back and they told some extremely rude and disrespectful bunch of ultra obvious lies as some weird attempt to save image instead of just apologizing right away for any of the possible many actually understandable reasons it could've gone that way.
Then asked if I still want the product or a refund, to which I've replied clear as day that the latter.
Week later they still didn't give it. And given the wording and tone of all communication that occurred, is clear they are stalling it on purpose.

What's the point of disrespecting a customer and then doubling down in this way?
Flipping amazing how this is allegedly a well reputed place.

EDIT: I provided proof RIGHT AWAY when I opened the case in PayPal that there was in fact, no stock, and was like that for a good period of time, and didn't suspiciously conveniently change of status until right as I opened the case.

The estimated date still was original within November originally, and the change was never notified to me, which LITERALLY EVERYONE ON EARTH would agree to be unprofessional at most.

So as you showed that communication wasn't your forte in the first place, is why I went to PayPal right away.

And hey would you look at that. You're fast enough to reply to a review at midnight/wee hours BUT MY REFUND WASN'T ISSUED YET.

Respect always goes both ways, and you started with the disrespect. Then instead of making amends, and proceed to move on, just burnt the bridge and then some.
It is an objective fact that I am entitled to at least vent out.
Specially as you, and your sheer daft gall, literally admitted (firstly indirectly in PayPal, now again directly) right now that you don't wanna issue the refund right away but let PayPal do it even though that course of action would cost you penalty fee instead of if you bothered to give it right away (which if you were to have done, this review wouldn't have even happened in the first place).

Re-EDIT: Also, I didn't give you permission to just expose my full name like that publicly.

What the hell is wrong with you??

Rere-EDIT: I acknowledge they deleted their original reply and then re-posted it word by word excluding that now it doesn't longer include my personal info. A report through Trustpilot's form was required for this, it wasn't them realizing their mistake by themselves.

PS. : I haven't received the refund yet, as per their admitted ill and childish intent.

A PayPal case was raised regarding this order with no prior contact requesting an update via our website contact form or direct email.


The PayPal case raised contained incorrect information advising that "stock had run out" and also concluded with the phrase "want my money back from these negligent imbeciles.".


Considering that no attempt had been made to contact our customer support team or simply request an update regarding the order placed, we would consider that resorting to insults without allowing a business an opportunity to respond is somewhat uncalled for.


In all cases we ask that customer contact is made in a respectful manner, much in the way that a customer would expect a response to be respectful and polite in tone.


A polite and informative response was provided to the case raise advising that the statement regarding the product being out of stock was incorrect, and that an update was available on a pre-order update page on our website advising that stock would be processed from the 11th of December and to allow 3 to 5 working days from this date to receive shipping notification. At the time the case was raised, it had been 2 working days since the 11th and your order was therefore due to be processed shortly.


It was therefore advised that if you wished to proceed with your order, the PayPal case could be closed to allow this to happen and the order would be shipped within the timescales advised.


Unfortunately, your response and Trustpilot review appear to indicate that you have reached the conclusion that being advised that pre-order products may show as out of stock if A: all pre-order stock has been allocated to customer orders or B: pre-order stock has arrived and is being processed prior to being made available for general sale, is an attempt to be something other than responsive and informative to help you understand the status of your order.


We must advise that all information provided regarding the status of your order was factually correct. Any attempt to construe the information provided as being a "lie" or misinformation is categorically not correct and either a deliberate construct of your own making or a complete misunderstanding of the information provided.


No apology was or will be offered in this case as no errors had been made regarding your order, and we would also find it difficult to believe that under any circumstance an apology could be expected where a customer has resorted to becoming abusive without any provocation.


Further to our initial response advising the status of your order as above and also to request that our customer support team who handle PayPal cases are treated with respect and are not subject to name calling or other immature methods of contact, a response was received advising you feel "entitled to make rude comments" and further concluded with insults containing expletives.


Due to this, the case will be handled in line with PayPal timescales that are allowed to respond to any case raised. We will not be subject to repeated attempts to insult or chastise our customer support team for simply responding to a query in a polite and informative manner, and we would kindly advise that following the conclusion of the PayPal case, no further account services will be offered due to the rude and abusive nature of all contact received from yourself.
