I never received my mauri shoes

I never received my mauri shoes. I bought two pairs and it’s been over a month. When I reached out to customer service, they told me I never ordered from them when I clearly received confirmation from their email along with my order number. I’m gonna report them as a scam and call my bank to have my money back

SCAM or just POORLY run business?

On October 3rd, 2025, I ordered a pair of Belvedere crocodile boots for $502, but with a $50 off code, thus $452 was my total fee. The cost from the actual company Belvedere would have been $575 total. I should have known what Dellamoda (aka Tellaloada ... lies) was offering was too good to be true. They eagerly, greedily, and swiftly accepted my payment and sent an email confirming my purchase. The email also stated they would send another email when they were shipped. On October 13th (after receiving promotional emails almost daily since October 3rd, yet no mention of shipping my boots, or an update) I called (800)515-8523 and actually spoke with a woman who told me that they were having trouble getting the boots I ordered, and others, from their distributors. She stated that the warehouse manager told her they would be in between October 24th and the 27th. She then stated that, because of the delay, she would have them expedited. On October 31st, I revisited the online reviews and Googled "is Dellamoda legitimate", and took better notice of the MANY dissatisfied customers, some of which considered Dellamoda as a SCAM enterprise. On November 5th, I called the same (800)515-8523 number and left messages with 3 of the 5(?) or 6(?) options they provided ... Customer Service, Warehouse, and Corporate. NOT ONE division returned my call. I inevitably called my bank and implemented a claim to reclaim my $452. If I could give zero stars, I most definitely would.

The Belvedere boots you ordered were placed on backorder by the brand due to ongoing import and supply chain issues. As explained during your call with our team, we were provided an estimated arrival window and kept your order open based on that information rather than cancelling it immediately. The style remained on backorder and, before a confirmed ship date was secured, a dispute was opened with your bank. Once a bank claim is filed, the payment is frozen and the order is automatically closed on our side, so we are unable to proceed with shipping or further adjustments.

Please also note that the discount you received was an extra 10% off, which is the standard promotion we offer to eligible first-time customers. We do not create one-off “too good to be true” prices, and we do not benefit from products we cannot ship.

If this style becomes available again, we would be happy to notify you and honor the same promotional pricing you originally received.

No customer service, no response, feels like a scam

My fiance ordered shoes from the website for our wedding. After 2 weeks, we have not heard anything from the company and no status of the order. These were also not "made to order shoes". We've emailed and called multiple times only to be prompted to leave a voicemail - both the email and voicemail are unanswered even to get a status. For how much money is being spent, I expect better customer service. Not worth your money.

And to note, the website says: "In-stock items generally ship within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed. This processing time is in addition to the selected shipping transit time. Standard (3–7 business days): FREE on orders over $150"

Very expensive and poorly made shoes

I bought a pair of very expensive shoes in December 2022. I have only worn them twice for very short periods. The heels have fallen off both shoes. I have sent photos of the fauly shoes to Dellamoda in the hope that they will intervene and do something. I am not very hopeful, especially after reading the reviews. I am hoping that my rating can improve to 5 stars As you can see from the response Dellamoda have been very dismissive of my comments. The shoes are very expensive and I only wore them TWICE during this period. There are poorly made. That was my point . My submitted photos clearly shows minimal wear. I too will not be purchasing from them again.

A disastrous business.

This shoes store has a serious communication problems,no sales person is available to speak with a customer,leave messages they don't respond,send them emails they ignored a customer.I strongly believe that their management is stink,they feel that they are invincible.

Dellamoda is my only stop when buying shoes online

First off, I have been buying Cesare Paciotti shoes from Dellamoda for over 5 yrs, never ever a complaint about quality, customer service and delivery of the shoes. Tony, who runs the company there's no words to describe his outstanding service. Since I also work on the retail biz, I pride to do biz with 'em, and I am talking for my clients and friends who I have recommended too.
My fab brand is Cesare Paciotti, which are far from being fake nor made in China, cuz I DO NOT wear fake garments or shoes. I have purchased other brands that are not even known in the USA, and trust me when I tell you, no worries.

This review was posted by a client who purchased a pair of Jo Ghost shoes. After wearing them for a month, they requested to return the item back to us. Excuses after excuses, varied by the day.
We tried to explain that we can not accept returns on used shoes, but having zero regards for truth, logic and reasoning does not help this client. Neither did making threats, filling a fauls claim with Paypal and losing that case too. Fortunately for them, we take customer privacy very seriously and will not expose the real name here.

I would have given it no stars...

I would not recommend Dellamoda to anyone - purchased 2 pairs of Prada shoes from them 4 months ago, both pairs were faulty and basically dilapidated within three days of wearing them. I spent 4 months trying to get a refund (Dellamoda not responding to my emails and promising things over the phone but not delivering on promises), and now I’m over £110 down because they would not refund me customs fees and return postage. I would certainly never be buying from them again - neither the quality nor the customer experience were anything but one star (more like no stars, really). There are a lot of decent online shops that treat customers well, it’s a shame Dellamoda isn’t one of them.

Mrs, Ponomareva purchased two pairs of shoes & was given the option to return the products back to us. Both pairs were returned back to us approx. after 3 months. A FULL refund (including the original shipping fees) was processed within 7 working days after the products were received in our office. Unfortunately, we can not issue refunds prior to the actual returning of products. Client was notified by us and Paypal when the full refund was issued.
We stand 100% behind our policy, our products and services, period.

I Received my purse (Fendi) today I LOVE IT, my daughter who bought a REAL fendi bag for $770 thought mine was REAL. I didn't expect it till Tuesday or Friday, delivery was so quick. to tell you the truth i did have 2nd thoughts about buying from your website, but not anymore i will be purchasing more items.
