Unfortunately, an order for 3 items only registered as 2, and then only one was despatched. By the time this all came out, the item was out of stock. I have a refund for the undelivered item, but....not good enough , really. Three daughters, one beanie between them.

By the time the issue was identified, the remaining item had sold out — which we fully understand is really disappointing, especially when you were expecting three.

I know you have been designing a more contemporary collection but for me, your classics win hands down. Your skirts too are fabulous - I wear them so much especially with a matching colour V neck and jazz it up with gold jewellery. Please keep a Classics Collection in your range every season please.
